Description of Work: The Maids did a very good job of cleaning, especially the refrigerator and oven. The only downside, is both times I've contracted with them they have not shown up on time and didn't call to inform me when they would come. The most recent visit, I got dinged for $30, because I woke up sick the day of their scheduled visit and had to reschedule. I rescheduled for 8-8:30AM the following week and they didn't show up until 12:30PM. I sent the owner an email at 10:40AM asking where they were, and she said they would be there by noon. Not very professional, and really inconsiderate.

Description of Work: they cleaned a freshly remodeled home in preparation for a tenant move in. they did a thorough job of cleaning the floors and cleaning out all of the cabinets and collecting misc items around the house. The ladies had mistakenly arrived at my house unscheduled on another day but came back on the correct day. They did not speak english and I don't speak spanish so I prepared a note in spanish in advance.

Description of Work: This maid service, Xtra Maid LLC, provided the BEST cleaning I have seen. It started a bit rough since the Maids arrived three hours late due to a mix up in communications at their end. But then four maids arrived versus the three I was expecting and it went very fast and I was very pleased with the quality of work. They exceeded my expectations. Their coordinator gave me a break on the pricing to compensate for the late arrival. I have since then rescheduled them to clean my house again. And expect to be a long term customer.

Description of Work: I bought the deal for 6 hours of cleaning for $99. Money well spent! Two maids came and worked for the full 3 hours. They were very thorough and even cleaned my oven. Great job!

Description of Work: There was never a call regarding cleaning of my house such as what I might need that was especially important, the size of the house, etc. However, the worse thing was that none of the three who came spoke any English at all so I was unable to discuss the service with them either, to check with what they were doing or did not do. I just had to take what I got. They cleaned well, but it is always helpful to be able to discuss how and where to clean as there might be special situations they might need to know. I have no idea, for instance, whether or not the shower was cleaned as I don't like to follow people around. No problem with the people, just with management.

Description of Work: Purchased 8 hrs of maid service for $159. Corresponded with Gabriel via email several times prior to service date. He was prompt and professional in his communication. The crew showed up on time and did a good job. They brought all of their own supplies, which was a refreshing change of pace from other house cleaning operations. There was a miscommunication during the day which was professionally resolved and which did not tarnish my impression of the company. My only complaint was they did not clean the microwave. I recommend them and will use their services again.
