Description of Work: Cleaned the whole house. Difficult to communicate due to language barrier.

Description of Work: We hired Xtra Maid to do a deep clean of our house and they did an excellent job. Everything was touched and they even moved our couches in order to sweep underneath, which some maid services won't do. The owner, Gabriel, was responsive and easy to schedule with. All in all, a great experience.

Description of Work: The service was adequate, but not thorough, and finished up in 5 hours, although I'd paid for 6. Taking off early would have been fine if the job had been A+ -- overall a little disappointing.

Description of Work: Organized the garage. Didn't do much cleaning and some items were placed precariously. My only complaint is that they finished in half the time that was estimated and didn't have me come and inspect before leaving. They did get all my boxes off of the floor though.

Description of Work: In depth housecleaning. The women arrived early and had to wait for me to arrive. It had been indicated that two women would work and then three would join them to complete the job. Only one other woman joined them for a short period. This meant the women worked late to finish. The advertisement was they would stay as long as needed to complete the job. They did not actually complete everything. Two rooms did not get mopped (laminate flooring throughout the house) and one room did not get fully vacuumed. I had to complete the work after they left when this was discovered. They mopped around a hall runner that was removed for vacuuming, but not the mopping. The mopping seemed to be done by spraying spots and then mopping. I did not see a mop bucket to clean the strip used to mop the floor as they went along. The mopping was inadequate. Additionally, the chrome fixture behind the handle in the shower was scarred by the cleaning product. I was told this was 90% water and 10% bleach, but this was hard to believe based on the damage. To give credit to the company, the owner came out and resolved this issue by replacing the chrome plate with the same brand/type that was damaged. The women were also asked to not use spray polish on the furniture but used a wet cloth on the cast iron fireplace, which is not good for it. The overall rating is a C based on the damaged item and the incomplete work; however, the women were very polite and hard workers. The kitchen was well done. One of the primary problems was communication. If a client speaks Spanish, this team would probably be fine.

Description of Work: Service Provider sent email on the 8th to say they were available Monday May 11th @ noon and wanted me to confirm the email said I had 2 days to confirm. I confirmed the same day, so naturally I planned for them to be here on Monday. Monday morning I received an email that they would not be here since they just received my email and they asked me to choose another option - they did not give me an option so I chose the following day in the morning. Then received an email that they would not be available until the following weekend or week. I am out of town this weekend and next week so I requested a refund.

Description of Work: Horrible at returning calls to set up cleaning time. Was supposed to be a "top-to-bottom" clean, was really disappointing as found multiple items still with dust on top . . . bathroom backsplash, shower rail, frames.

Description of Work: They were 2 1/2 hours late and rushes through the cleaning. It was not completely cleaned when they left. I left two phone messages with company to discuss with no responses either time.
