Description of Work: I found several areas where they cleaned around items on surfaces. In addition, I found a few broken items after they left. What's weird is I had use this company previously and loved them. I am not sure what happened, but the quality of sevice went down drastically. |

Description of Work: Great gals! Used 3 times. 1st time 2 ladies showed up. 2nd time 3 ladies showed up. 3rd time 4 ladies showed up. Perhaps I should not have been so generous with snacks, soda and tipping!

Description of Work: Cleaning folks arrived 4 hours early to our house (10am vs. 2pm appointment). We let them clean it then, but it wasn't ideal. | |Overall, they did an ok job, and I felt I got my money's worth.

Description of Work: Spectacularly good maid services. Only downside being limited English skills of crew; however, if you just let them do their thing ... you will be very pleased with results. If you are the micro-management type, select someone else.

Description of Work: I used Xtra Maid both for a move-out cleaning along with a move-in cleaning. They are very prompt and flexible - can schedule a cleaning within a day or two notice. I was very happy with the thoroughness of the work they did.

Description of Work: They did a fantastic professional cleaning job in my house. Will definitely use again, especially if I can get the same deal.

Description of Work: Communication after scheduling appointment and to confirm was not solid. They were 2 hours late and I still has not gotten a call from them. After I called and emailed, they eventually called and said they were late due to weather (they still should have called). But once they arrived they were the best I have had clean the home. The carpet looked brand new.

Description of Work: Purchased a deep clean service through Angie's List in February and scheduled in June. Cleaning came out great, was very pleased with the result. The Xtra Maid workers were about 45 minutes late, but Austin traffic was the likely culprit. Overall I was very pleased!

Description of Work: They came thinking they were to clean the garage, so they had the wrong house or info. Very nice ladies, but couldn't speak English really and They did a okay job but not great. Never any call back from them to see how satisfied I was with the service... That is a red flag for sure!
