Description of Work: I paid for 6 hours of cleaning. I was told by email that two people would be at the house, but three showed up. They worked hard for two hours and suddenly got everything together and left. They did not finish cleaning all the areas of the house and did not give me the option to stay any additional time to finish. I was pleased with the areas they cleaned, but I would have liked some communication about the time they needed to leave.

Description of Work: Some problems regarding date services were to be performed but the work that was done was beyond my expectations. I was blown away but the work performed by the cleaning ladies they were very professional and exacting and more in depth than even I would have been.

Description of Work: I bought a deal through Angie's list for 6 hours of cleaning. They did arrive a lot earlier than expected, but that worked out fine. We had 2 women cleaning for 3 hours. They were very good and professional. I did not have to tell them what I wanted to be cleaned. They did it all - collecting garbage, moving furniture, making beds, cleaning cob webs, etc. They knew what they were doing, did a great job and the house felt clean after they left. It was impressive. This is the first positive experience that I had with a cleaning service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: The team was scheduled for the afternoon but showed up in the morning when I was about to go out. I asked them to come back in the afternoon as scheduled which another team did. Other than that confusion, the experience was excellent. My house was thoroughly and efficiently cleaned.

Description of Work: Good except they took my cooking trays. It was a move out clean so maybe that's why they took them but when I called they denied it.

Description of Work: Appointment was 2 women at 1 pm. Called at 2:30 and left message - never received return call. At 5 pm 4 women showed up. They finally finished at 6:30. Two of my blinds suffered damage and a chair form over zealous vacuuming.

Description of Work: Used them for a clean out move. The cleaners were late; I was told 1:00-1:30 and they showed up about 1:45. None of them spoke English, which I wasn't surprised about from other reviews, but there was no receipt or bill either. I ended up contacting the owner a week later because I hadn't heard anything about paying. Lastly, since it was a clean out move and the house was empty I left them to clean and lock up, which I thought we had communicated. They left and when I came back the next day the door was unlocked. The house was nice and clean though.
