Description of Work: The first time I had them, I paid for 6 hours and hot 5-1/2. The second time, I paid for 6, got 5. The last time I paid for 6 and got 4. Wouldn't mind so much if they had actually finished. This last time I had to call them back in twice for unfinished work and even then there were still unemptied trash baskets.

Description of Work: The girls did a great job, however Gabriel ( boss?) was very slow to respond and didn't actually get back to me several times. I also asked what a bi weekly rate would be for a light cleaning and he said it would be $125 for each cleaning which didn't seem right to me.

Description of Work: I hired this service for a rental home. I do not live in the Austin Area so I was blindly trusting that this company would do a good job. I went to inspect my rental house after the service was completed only to find the house still dirty in places where I thought would be cleaned. The service advertised 6 hours of house cleaning. I did not feel as if 6 hours were actually used.
