Very well...there were 3 maids, so it was an "X-tra" maid. Polite, listened well, and detailed.

Xtramaids for the win!!! Gabriel was able to accommodate us on short notice and the cleaning job was on point. My wife was home and supervised the job. She was happy with the results.

I was told initially to expect the staff about 1pm or close to that, so I scheduled my day accordingly. However that day I was notified they would get here about 2:30! There was apparently no slack in their day. However, once the women arrived, it was clear they knew how to make a home sparkle! I will schedule them again. And be clearer re: timing/scheduling!

The 2 ladies came for 3 hours each & did a marvelous job. I explained what I wanted done, & they got busy, working independently while consulting intermittently. They were very pleasant yet efficiently went about their chores. I have used Xytra Maids before & will be using this service again. In the future, I will be requesting the same 2 ladies.

We had 3 maids come to clean the house. They worked very hard and efficiently. They were very thorough and responsive, They were very polite and friendly. IO would definitely hire them again.

Julietta was very thorough. So thorough that she wasn't able to finish all the rooms but the house needed it. I have since bought 8 hours of cleaning and will be using that service soon.

I purchased this deal for cleaning of my elderly parent's home. My dad has always done those chores himself, but after a spine fracture this year, he is unable to do much of anything except the cooking for he and my mom. So his home was in dire need of a deep cleaning. Gabriel's team came in and deep cleaned the entire house in about 3.5 hours. They did such a great job that my dad commented he "should move out now that the house is so clean". Job well done. The only downside of the process was the two ladies that cleaned only spoke Spanish, so it was a bit challenging to give them a few specifics as they arrived. Next time I will let Gabriel know ahead of time of any specific issues that need to be addressed and then can relay the message to the cleaning team.

It was awesome. It was just wonderful. They did not charge me more than the $289. I had been handicap, I needed a knee replacement and the house had got overrun with clutter and dust. They cleaned my house just before I went in for knee surgery. It was just wonderful.

Cleaning crew arrived on time and completed the work efficiently.

The first couple of years went well. The ladies showed up and did an excellent job cleaning. A year or so ago, the service schedule became erratic. The ladies would sometimes show up hours late, if at all. If they did not show up, there was no notification to us. The business management finally admitted they were having some "internal management problems" that was causing scheduling difficulties. We told them we hoped they could fix their problems and hired another service. The new service, for instance, calls every week to confirm the date and time for that week. I would have readers look at more current reviews of Xtra Maids to see how this company is now performing.

The women were hard working and thorough. Management always calls the day before and confirms the service. We replaced another firm with these folks and are glad we did.

Showed up an hour early (which was great for me). Came home to a clean house! Love it.

Maria and Cristina are WONDERFUL! They are very efficient, hard working, kind and do a spectacular job! I can tell they really care and take extra effort to do things the right way and not cut corners. I very much appreciate them!

They had very good quality. They were responsive. They were really good at what they do. None of them can speak English, I can’t talk to them.

Wonderful! I have never had someone clean my house where I didn't have to touch up afterwords. These ladies cleaned perfectly, from window cills to ceiling fans, mini blinds and baseboards. They went above and beyond. I would definitely use them again and recommend Xtra Maid Service to anyone who needs a thorough house cleaning.

They don't have a set day and time that they come so if I want to set up an appointment I have to reach out and try to get them to come. The first cleaning was really great! There were 5 people and they did a top to bottom cleaning. They were on time and did a great job. I was very pleased. However, the second cleaning there were only two people who came and they did hardly anything. I was told it would be a top to bottom cleaning every time and instead it was probably the worst cleaning I have had done. There were dishes piled in the sink, they hardly touched the kitchen, and I could tell they didn't do anything but vacuum and change the sheets in the bedrooms. The list could go on and on. I contacted Gabriel and he apologized and offered to have them come again the next day, but I had already finished the cleaning they didn't do. He said it wouldn't happen again and I haven't been able to get ahold of them since. I got the feeling that they were just overwhelmed with the volume of clients and that they couldn't handle more clients.
