The maids did an outstanding job. I was very impressed by their work. I couldn't give them an A rating because of the following: 1) no one called me after I claimed the deal to confirm a day or time. I had to call multiple times to reach someone and when I finally did they tried to get me off the phone as fast as possible. 2) I did not get a call the day before confirming what time the maids would be there. Again, I want able to reach anyone at either number until I decided to send a text and then a couple of hours later I got a response saying they were out of town and another employee was in a car accident. I understand things happen, but if someone can't run the business then why have one? 3) The maids did not know how to process payment. Again, no one could figure out who to ask our talk to. We had to have the maids follow us to the atm to get money out to pay them. Their website says they take credit card which is what I was prepared to use but since no one knew what was going on we just had to make it up on our own. I was offered a 20% discount which I did not accept. I paid in full because the maids did a good job. I will not be using this service again but only because of my points above. Again, the maids worked hard and did a good job.

Xtra Maid LLC was extremely professional, courteous and effective in providing housecleaning services for my home-bound father. We had them do a deep cleaning for his 3-story home, and scheduled a monthly cleaning thereafter. They did a fantastic job. Baseboards, tops of door frames, corners and cobwebs were cleaned completely. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms scrubbed, dusted and vacuumed with precision. Xtra Maid LLC made my dad's home clean, welcoming and hospitable. Gabriel De Leon was thorough when he inspected my dad's home for an estimate, and was prompt, professional and kind in our email communications. My dad has since passed away, but we are very happy with a job well-done and would highly recommend this service. Thank you for your attentiveness to our family's needs.

I've written 4 glowing reviews for Gabriel and the crew at Xtra Maid in the past but I really wish they did a better job of setting the right expectations with their packages deals. They need to clearly communicate that what they mean is "up to 6 hours" or "up to 8 hours" because out of all of the times I've hired them, in the majority of cases they leave with about 25% of the allocated time remaining. It's frustrating because they really do a great job but there is always a disconnect between the expectations set with Gabriel and talking with the ladies on-site. I honestly don't know if I will hire them again because while I'm a tolerant person in general when you start messing up with my clients it frustrates me. Just set the right expectations is all I'm saying. Don't sell packages by the hour if what you really mean is that we will leave once we've completed x, y, and z.

Gabriel was very communicative and the ladies arrived earlier than expected on the day of the cleaning. Our home hadn't been cleaned in quite some time and having all of the hard floors mopped was a big priority, and that was handled quite nicely. The introductory price was fair, and I feel the monthly cleaning price is as well for the size of our home. We'll definitely be using Xtra Maid again!

Couldn't have been more pleases. I called Gabriel the week of requesting their services. Knowing it was last minute, I completely understood when he told me they were booked until the following week. After explaining the reason for the request, Gabriel asked if he could make a few calls and get back to me. Within 20 minutes he called with the good news that he had found a crew. The crew arrived on time and did a spectacular job. I am the type of person that will usually clean it myself because I want it done right. After seeing the results of their work, there is no need to worry about the quality of the service - they clean as if it was their own house. I will definitely be using them again.

Gabriel was very responsive and communicated all details thoroughly. The team sent was just as Gabriel described - EXPERTS! They did a PHENOMENAL job and worked extremely hard. They cleaned from top to bottom, got behind furniture, cleaned blinds-EXCELLENT service all the way around!

The team from Xtra Maid came to clean my home this morning and exceeded my expectations. To be fair, this isn't a small thing as my expectations are quite high! This house is turnkey if I was selling it - it is THAT clean. They even cleaned the storm door and inside of the fridge and my toaster looks brand new. I am planning to move in a few months and when I do, I will be calling them again. It took a little longer than I thought for them to finish, but their thoroughness made it all worth the wait. STRONGLY RECOMMEND XTRA MAID!

2 ladies arrived on time at 8am and began work. They worked for almost 6 hours getting the house cleaned. It looked better then it did when I moved in 10 years ago. They don’t do windows but they got everything else spotless to include the stove top, ovens and refrigerator.

Due to my husband breaking both arms on NYE I had to reschedule my original appointment which was a little annoying but when they came they were amazing. They did a wonderful job and spent the right amount of time cleaning the most important areas. Will definitely have them back again.

My wife and I moved out of our home in Round Rock and when we finally got it emptied out I was amazed at the dust and grime that lurked behind furniture and other hard to reach places. We hired XtraMaid to do a move out cleaning to prepare the house for a full paint job. The ladies arrived on time first thing in the morning. They literally worked all day and the results were fabulous. The floors had a sheen. The dust was gone. Everything was super clean and ready for painters to do their thing. I would highly recommend XtraMaid.

I was looking for a reliable and affordable housecleaning company after moving to the area 5 months ago. So glad I found Xtra Maid! Gabriel is very responsive and his team is wonderful. We’ve had four services now and every time the team shows up on time and they always do a great job! On the first visit, I was pleasantly surprised that even our range vent was thoroughly cleaned! The price is competitive with other quotes I received. I opted for a biweekly schedule and everything is working out perfectly.

Terrible. Owner said the “up to 8 hours” is not a house cleaning which would be twice as much $ (closer to $300!) refused to speak w me or give any furtger detail. We cancelled sppt

I have nothing but great things to say about the team at Xtra Maid. Very reliable, professional and extremely efficient. They work in teams and as a result get the work done very quickly. A pleasure to deal with - excellent choice for anyone who needs house cleaning.

It went badly because the maids were over 5 hours late. It was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and my daughter heard them say they were going to rush through my home so they could start their holiday. They left without cleaning my kitchen and were in such a hurry that they left the check. Gabriel emailed me they would not be back because my daughter upset the maids. I am disabled and was at an appointment. She was just there to help me out. I was treated unfairly. Gabriel was uncooperative. He said maids didn't want to clean my house anymore. 2+ years relationship and one bad day an I am dropped.

Xtra Maid was excellent to work with, they showed up on time and did an amazing job. We had to reschedule a couple of times and they were always accommodating and worked to find a time that was best for us. Can't say enough good things about the service, everything I expected and more.

Magnificent work. The attention to detail was unmatched by anyone I'd ever worked with before today. They cleaned the baseboard behind my chest freezer, not something I expected. They cleaned my oven without setting off the smoke detector, cleaned my toaster oven and cleaned out my refrigerator. Not a single thing was overlooked and everything was cleaned very completely. If I could give them an A++++++, I would.

Awful and unacceptable. It was very time sensitive. A maid showed up on time, stayed for 5 minutes and left. No explanation, nothing. We tried calling XTRA maids throughout the day, left messages and no return call. We had to scrabble the day of to find a service to do the job at the last minute! We certainly know things can come up but there was no communication. It is unfortunate because we had used them in the past and they were punctual, did the work well and we had no reason to believe they wouldn't this time. What a let down. NEVER recommend them!

The owner took full responsibility for the no show and refunded the full amount of the Angie's voucher.
