We have had Mr. DeLeon and his cleaning crew clean our home for 2 or 3 years and they are absolutely the best. They are always on time and they do the best job in our home that we have ever had. We highly recommend them and they are a part of our family forever. The cost shown below is for a deep cleaning and they are extremely thorough.

They are always consistent, professional, good communicators, and make it really easy to have a regular cleaning service. They do a good job, if not a bit surface in cleaning, but works for our needs. They are always willing to go deeper on certain areas if requested and have always responded to feedback. I continue to use them on an ongoing basis.

Gabriel was very responsive to emails and promptly followed up with any inquiry. He came for a free evaluation at the house, understood my concerns and needs, took detailed notes, and contacted me that very same day with a quote an no obligation. He was super at accommodating for schedule changes and even last minute services changes. He sent over two people who did a splendid job and thoroughly and carefully deep-cleaned and sanitized the entire house. And I was impressed by the great, hones price I was charged. I would highly recommend Xtra-Maid to anyone and will surely seek their services in the future.

I've had Xtra Maid out now a few times; the first time was via one of the deals that was running here on Angie's List. Gabriel has responded quickly to my requests (contact was mainly through Angie's List messages). For the most recent cleaning I was quoted 230$ for the work (I recommend also leaving a cash tip for every member of their staff that they send, they do so much work and deserve getting something extra). The work was scheduled and on the day of the cleaning they arrived about 20 minutes early. 3 cleaning staff quickly got started. My home is 2400 square feet, 2.5 bath. When I checked the house our afterwards it was frankly incredible. The house was above and beyond clean, they did far much more work than I expected. I couldn't find any places that they missed, and I did indeed go and check. They even descaled the master bathroom shower and tub, which I hadn't even considered them to do. In addition they decluttered my home, much to my surprise. Other pleasant surprised - washed and put away dishes, cleaned the oven and cooktop surfaces, baseboards, even made the beds in the bedrooms. I definitely felt spoiled. Overall I am quite impressed! Definitely tip these hard workers, they so very much deserve it :).

Very well. The initial visit was through an introductory deep cleaning special - 5 cleaning professionals arrived and absolutely shocked me with how thorough the cleaning was performed. Ceiling cobwebs, which are pretty hard to see except at night when interior lights are on, were cleaned away, spider webs on light fixtures, blinds, my long kitchen window sill (where my chotskies and miscellaneous plants are), all cleaned and neatened. My refrigerator, oven, toaster oven - inside and out - wiped clean. In short, 5 people cleaned for about 3 hours - I was so pleased and grateful that I hired them for regular cleaning. Other services I had used paled in comparison to Xtra Maid. Now, 2 cleaners come every 2 weeks and spend 2 hours or more cleaning everything, vacuuming and mopping the floors and stairs. I mention the cobwebs again because my husband is very particular about them and he hasn't had much to say. The jetted garden tub and showers are so clean when they are finished that they look brand new. Cleaning aside, they are extremely punctual (sometimes pretty early!) and they want you to be home when they arrive. Any dogs should be crated or put elsewhere so as not to interfere with the cleaners' work. One of the ladies, at least, speaks English but I have used Google Translate to communicate with them on occasion. At a recent visit, one handed me her cell phone so her supervisor could tell me that she found a SNAKE in the house!! It was a tiny baby snake, but it was a snake which was easily removed with a sheet of paper to the outdoors. Payment is by check which they collect when finished. I always give them each a small cash tip, just because I want to do so, but it is not expected. I am very happy with Xtra Maid and look forward to continue having them at our home. The picture I've submitted is from behind my small chest freezer in the kitchen. The area is very visible and somehow a magnet for dust, etc. This is how it looked after Xtra Maid.

If I could give Xtra Maid LLC an A+ I would. They made everything sparkle! The house was spotless when they left. They even remove lightbulbs from our ceiling fans, dusted them, then put them back in. Incredible job! We used the deal they were offering at the time.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OWNER!!!! I chose this service because of the reviews and I have to say these reviews are paid reviews because Gabriel the owner is a horrible, rude, mannerless business owner. The email exchange between Gabriel and me was that I would need to pay $153 in cash. The ladies for cleaning were supposed to show up at 12 PM. When no one showed up until 12:15 I called Gabriel and he informed me they will be 20 to 30 mins late. No apologies, nothing. The ladies showed up 15 mins later and started working. Gabriel calls me a few minutes later, I thought he was calling to check if the ladies were there. Instead without any pleasantries he asks me "Did you pay the ladies". I said "Not yet, once they finish the service I will pay them with tip." He says, very rudely "Pay right now." I said "I'm sorry, but I will pay once the service is complete and I'm satisfied with the cleaning." He just hangs up on me, calls the ladies and asks them to leave. I call Gabriel back wondering if there was miscommunication and his response is that his policy is payment first, cleaning later. I asked him to "show me where you pay before a house cleaning service is complete" and he said no where and HUNG UP ON ME. I was polite and respectful to the ladies and to Gabriel and was extremely shocked by his rudeness and despicable behavior.

The ladies do an awesome job. The house is clean and smells good too. We don't have them do any laundry or make beds, just clean. We highly recommend this service!

The 2 ladies were on time. But didn’t clean what I asked them to clean even though I asked them three times. They also broke two of my blinds while cleaning them and didn’t tell me. (I discovered it later.). Then when leaving they wanted to renegotiate the previously agreed upon price. I called Gabriel, the owner, I assume, and confirmed the price. I don’t think he was aware that these ladies were trying to circumvent him.

The cleaning team did an amazing job on my home. I could not be happier. And Gabriel is very responsive to any questions. This is a great crew!!

He was quick to respond to emails and quoted a very reasonable price for the amount of work that got done. The team was super buttoned up and came in and got right to work. They were thorough and got every single dust bunny my house was hiding (there were lots). They contacted me 30 minutes before they were complete so I could come back and give the thumbs up. I would absolutely use them again, although they did such a good job I might not need them for a while :)
