Description of Work: I've been using Capital Cleaning since August and am extremely happy with their quality of service, client responsiveness, abiity to communicate with us, and the overall experience. The girls are efficient and pleasant. If I have a concern, I can point it out and they will take care of it or I can call, text or email Gabriel and he always is responsive and professional. I've had cleaning services for more than 20 years and honestly, in overall experience, Capital Cleaning has been the best!

Description of Work: The Maids came in said Hello and went right to work. They were very professional. This was the first time I had used someone to clean house in this home. I am not able to clean and do the things I use to. My husband has so much to do, he is not able to keep up. I am very please with Capital Cleaning. I am planning to use them every month. The price was for first time use. Will not be that much next time. I want to thank Mr. DeLeon, he was very nice and worked with me on the day and time. When you look around everything is so nice and clean and bright. It feels good to be in a really clean house again. My husband was very happy with the worked done. One less thing we have to worry about during the Holidays.

Description of Work: This company did a tremendous job cleaning my house every other week! They have the best pricing around for the size of my home and did an excellent job. I tried 2 prior companies and I couldn't even tell they cleaned my home. With Capital Cleaning, my home was spic and span and spotless and they would go out of their way to make sure I was pleased with their service!!! Unfortunately I had to cut back on my budget, but I can't wait until I can used their services again.,

Description of Work: My overall experience with this company was the best I have come across in a long time here in Texas. I found the ladies to be very thorough, polite and professional. They did an amazing job on the house which sparkled from top to bottom afterwards!! All my dealings with the owner Gabriel were very impressive and he is sincere in his determination to ensure his customers are satisfied with their experience with his company. I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone as they do provide a truely good service!

Description of Work: I was surprised when the cleaning crew arrived and the whole family came...wife, husband, 3 kids including an 11 month old. They didn't speak English, but I let them know that I preferred the kids not be there. We were busy moving out of the house and had a 3 month old of our own. Didn't need 3 add'l kids. I tried calling the owner of the business and left 2 messages. No one EVER called me back even to this day. It took 4 hours to clean an empty house, but the cleaning lady did do a good job. It looked and smelled wonderful when she was done. The worst part about the experience was that I couldn't reach the company for help when the entire family arrived.

Description of Work: SATISFACTION: Very satisfied with the job preformed. Unusually "easy" to arrange service. All done via email with a price quote given based solely on square footage. Wanted to leave check and run errands, told by phone to "just mail the check."Even with the issues, will use this service on a regular bases. ISSUES: Work team showed up 2 hours early w/o phone call. Had arranged to leave work at the quoted time. BIG communication gap. The team did not speak English at all. We had certain areas that we did not want cleaned and specific areas we wanted focused on. Managed with pointing and attempting communication.

Description of Work: Capital Cleaners were hired based on Angie's list recommendations. While the price was a bit high for a completely empty and fairly clean two bedroom town home, the two cleaners arrived on time and worked for five hours. They were excellent, thorough, and with the exception of one who talked on her cell phone most of the time, efficient. Since the fee was for serve and not time based this really didn't matter. I will definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: We hired capital cleaning to clean our home after we had sold it and moved out. They were very responsive and accommodating. the women came on Sunday so that the house was ready for the new owners on Monday after closing. They did an amazing job from top to bottom. Both of these ladies worked for 7 hours on our home! If we were staying in Austin I would definitely use this company on a regular basis!

Description of Work: Very happy with this company, rates are reasonable, I have whole house cleaning (2500 sq. ft) every three weeks for $130. Julieta is punctual, pleasant and very efficient. The house feels very clean after each and every time she cleans it. Gabe the manager is excellent too, periodically checking that things went well and asking if there are any issues. I have use this company for aprx. 6 months now and never had an issue, if I did though, I am confident it would be handled immediately by Gabe. Julieta is hard working and I thank her.

Description of Work: The staff arrived on time and did an outstanding job. A blade from a ceiling fan broke and the ladies informed me right away-- Gabriel (owner) came to the house and repaired the fan. I will have them back again---they did a great job and were very friendly. You would be very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: I called the number listed, Gabriel gave me a quote and explained what a "deep cleaning" would entail. The three ladies that showed up on time to clean our 1,650 sq ft house were very friendly. They went right to work and the entire cleaning took approximately four hours. We had not had our house professionally cleaned in four years and it was a wonderful experience to have them come and clean every nook. They cleaned all rooms including the blinds, baseboards, fan blades, behind the beds and areas we did not even expect them to clean. Our house looked wonderful after and we were proud to show it off to our visitors. I would definitely utilize their services in the future and find them to be extremely reasonable in price.

Description of Work: I have used this company for several months and I'm pleased with their service. We especially liked one of the ladies on the first visit and now we have scheduled monthly cleaning and always request her. She arrives with all her supplies and does a good job. I'm always here when she cleans. She's very pleasant and speaks a little English and I speak less Spanish but we manage to communicate.

Description of Work: I don't live in Austin but own a duplex there. I checked Angies List and called several companies. Capital cleaning actually answered the phone and could send someone the next day, which was when I needed someone. They were on time and did a good job of cleaning. It was for a move in of a new tenant. It was not too dirty, but some difficult to clean appliances and a basis over cleaning.

Description of Work: The company I am reporting on is: CAPITAL CLEANING SERVICE, 1601 E. Anderson Lane, Ste 513, Austin, TX 78752, telephone number (512) 797-3157 (i.e. NOT the same address listed at the top of this form). I came from Atlanta, GA to the Austin area to visit my sister who is very ill. Her house was an absolute disaster and it was obvious I needed professional cleaning help. Angie's List had very good references for Capital Cleaning Service and they were willing to travel outside the immediate Austin area. The operations manager came out and gave me a very reasonable quote, including an Angie's list discount, and said he could have three people on site in two days. They showed up precisely on time with all their own necessary cleaning supplies and went immediately to work. In short, I could not be happier with the work they did, tackling an overwhelming challenge of neglected pet contamination from floor to ceiling. They were very professional, dividing up the tasks and working together as a team until an actual house emerged from beneath the pet waste! These energetic ladies earned every penny of the quoted fee. I would have no hesitation in recommending Capital Cleaning Service to friends and neighbors or in broadcasting that recommendation to Angie's List members. I definitely plan on engaging them for follow-up services to build upon the good work already completed. They are bonded and insured and check in advance any preference you may have for green cleaning supplies. They also check to see whether bleach may be used, for example. My experience was that this is a quality company with quality employees who do exactly what they say they will do. Quite a find!
