X Out Pest Services

X Out pest is a wonderful company that treats you well. Everyone I have dealt with over the phone, email, or a technician at my house has been professional and friendly. They do a wonderful job and are a joy to work with. Definitely recommend :)

We love X Out! They are always on time, have amazing customer service when we need to modify our scheduled date or have questions, and ALWAYS get rid of our bugs! We had bad flea problems for weeks and finally decided to call X Out and they were completely gone within 2 weeks. We now use them quarterly and it's so easy to set up scheduled visits. They know exactly what to do for specific bugs. 10/10 would recommend them!

I hired X-Out to do my monthly pest control almost 10 years ago when we built and bought our home. The tech visited and found a black widow within minutes of being on site. I was so happy to see the spiders and pests disappear, and enjoyed X-Out’s service and professionalism. At some point, Terminex bought a group of X-Out’s customer base, and I unfortunately fell into that group. I was stuck with Terminex for far too long. I was SO happy to hear that X-Out was back in our area and I just switched back in a heartbeat...not just for the service, but for the cost too! Our tech is GREAT and we are so happy. Thanks X-Out!

Our X Out technician was friendly and punctual and described exactly what makes their pest control so effective compared to other pest control providers. I was hopeful, as I had terminated our previous pest control because of their ineffectiveness. So far, so good! After the initial service we have had fewer pests, and this is with all the rain we have been experiencing. We will continue to use X Out for continued service.

We have had X Out for almost a year, after previously trying other vendors. A very POSITIVE, and shocking difference in services. Professional and courteous - customer first attitude. Very competitive pricing and plans. Their communications are excellent, verbally and via email/text. They are on time, do more than promised. They take the time to use a long handled brush to clean the eves off BEFORE spraying. They offer suggestions, but are NOT pushy. They notify me when a service is coming up and offer the opportunity to list my wishes of what needs to be, concerns, etc.. With other services we continued to have endless pest in the house and garage. X Out has eliminated almost all of it – no one is perfect in this environment; especially in a new construction setting that we are in. I continue to suggest X Out to neighbors and friends. G Hight

I don't have any negative experiences with pest control companies, so this is based solely on what I would expect from any business. X-Out's phone rep was very amenable and set up my appointment quickly without trying to sell me anything on the spot. The tech also discussed only what was already scheduled, and only described the annual fire-ant treatment option when I asked him about it. I was able to opt into that on the spot for an additional charge and he treated my yard the next time his rout took him by, which was somewhere within two weeks. We haven't seen any crawlers in- or outside of the house since, and any re-treatments for ones that don't take are free of service charge. I don't know what else anyone could offer in a pest service. I highly recommend X-Out.
