One guy was sent and two of our screens were bent. Tried to get Andrew to fix these two screens and he said he would IF we took down our negative reviews.

Best job ever! After checking online reviews, I called Window Genie of West Austin to power-clean the mildew-greyed, wood-sided, upper story of my large home. A very reasonable price was quoted, and a couple of days later, two personable young men arrived in a fully-equipped company van, ready to work in their spiffy, company-logo attire. In less than 3 hours, my 2nd floor siding looked entirely new and, as an unexpected bonus, even the windows sparkled! Service from Window Genie is definitely recommended.

Two guy crew did an excellent job, quick and professional. I was most impressed.

Almost, but not quite perfect. Gutter cleaning went well -- functioning fully restored. Windows done inside and out, with a couple of minor issues -- one screen not properly reinstalled and one patio door streaked. Note: two separate teams

It just doesn't get better than this! Andrew (General Manager) showed up on time and looking like a "manager" should look. He presented me with a brochure outlining their services. It included a statement of their insurance, etc. He gave me a written estimate, and a couple of days later the two-man crew arrives with a written confirmation of service with the cost details spelled out. They told me what they found on their inspection, and said that when they were finished they would knock on the door with details of what they found, what they did, and what their recommendations were. One word: fantastic! (PS: They will be coming back to clean the windows inside and out. That's how impressed I was.)
