Will sold our house before it ever went on the market and we got exactly what we were asking for. Without doing my due diligence, I decided to list with a self-proclaimed local ?expert?. That decision cost me four months of missed opportunity and produced zero offers. To be honest, it was a last ditch effort but I figured I?d come this far and might as well give it a try. I?m glad I did. Impressed is all I can really say about Will. He sold our home in South Austin and helped us find a new one. We had previously been on the market for over 2 months with another agent who wouldn't return our calls or get back to agents on our home. Will stepped in and really made things happen. Our showing traffic increased substantially and I was amazed that we had an offer in days. What went wrong with our first agent, I haven't a clue. I'm just glad I was referred to Will.
