An intense windstorm felled a large tree immediately in front of my front door. It broke 6ft up and fell on my garage. No one could get to my front door without crossing under this unstable tree creating a significant liability problem. Eric from Wilder Tree Company made a point to come out and give me an estimate late in the day with a promise to have a crew there to remove it the next day. He explained the work and provided an extremely competitive price. From the point of view of accommodating his customer’s needs, pricing and expediency, he is what I would call a consummate professional.

Wilder did an amazing job trimming our trees down to make them more lush and full. Staff is very professional and offered suggestions before doing the work. Highly recommend this company.

Responsive, knowledgeable, inexpensive. Very effectively trimmed 2 trees and cleared 3 others with a clean bill of health. Will hire again.

Great team and crew. I am sure I have gotten lucky that he has been in the area each time but this group is always quick and thorough and cleans up like they were never there. cant recommend them enough. 2nd time I have used them!!!

Updated Review: Approximately 30-45min after posting this review I received the first text and first email since the day they cut my trees, around 1 month earlier (not sure why it says they tried to extend communication multiple times, I have a business and have not had any one of my existing or prospective clients struggle to get through, and there was never an issue communicating up until now). They relayed they did not know how my house has been skipped but now had a new person in charge of ensuring gaps in work did not occur. I was informed they would be out first thing the following week, So I touched based on Monday when no one had shown and was informed they would be out on Friday. Thursday night they proactively informed me Friday had a poor forecast and would be out Satirdsy, which they were. The initial consult was rapid and the pricing felt fair. All pre-cut communication was relatively proactive and rapid responses. The work was carried out quickly following the consult and I'm happy with the results. While the stump grinding required pressure to get completed, it was well done upon completion as well. I would ultimately recommend this service to others with the caveat that you do not complete full payment until the job is finished as there was a definite disconnect in communication effort after payment was rendered. However, credit where credit is do - the workers themselves do a quick and clean job! Original review: I received a quote for tree trimming and stump grinding, howeber only the trim was completed. I was assured that I would soon be contacted to schedule the stump grinding, but as soon as my check cleared it has been radio silence despite multiple texts and phone calls and approximately a month passing. Unfortunately this is not uncommon as I have seen another review for this company stating the near exact same situation. I'm more than happy to edit my review once a resolution is reached, but unfortunately I'm out of options other than letting others know about my experience in reviews, or filing a complaint with the BBB so I thought I could try this route first as reaching out directly doesn't seem to work.

Excellent response time, quality, and price

Wilder is very good and very fast. They provide excellent value and service. We didn’t realize how good our live oaks could look until Eric and his crew finished up. The neighbors that can see the trees have all texted to tell us how awesome they look! And they were so fast and so tidy. They left the site spotless. I highly recommend them.
