David (from the office) called in the morning to confirm arrival time. Workers called to advise on the way & their arrival time. Arrived At time scheduled. Walked around yard with me to determine what I wanted done and made a few suggestions as to how it would look best. They asked specifics on what/how I wanted trimmed and mulched. Went right to work and worked efficiently and carefully. At the end I was asked if everything was completed to my expectations which it was. This is the second time I have used this company and both times they have done outstanding work. I highly recommend Wellspring.

The crew arrived on time and did more than expected. I am very pleased.

Purchased the deal for 2 workers for 2 hours for $125. Making the appointment was quick and they were able to accommodate me within a couple days. The workers were punctual and professional and did a great job with the clean up (it was a lot of leaves) and trimming all the bushes in the front yard. They completed the jobs within the two hours. Would recommend and use again.

AJ and Moises were great! They were friendly and on time. They worked quickly and very well - accomplishing more than I expected. Very thorough and conscientious. They still had time to rake, mow, edge and leave everything spotless!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Called to discuss scope of work beforehand and time to expect the crew. Crew showed up promptly and reviewed the scope of work again. Worked quickly, cleaned up all debris and hauled off, and did a final walkthrough at the end to make sure everything was done. Our yard looks great and I will definitely use Wellspring again. Highly recommend them with no reservations.

Fantastic. I was called in advance to talk about the project and set expectations about what would be possible in the time allowed. They provided me with a path forward if I decided to add some work at the time the crew arrived. The crew arrived exactly on time and completed all of the tasks I had requested. The crew leader was very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Will definitely use again.

ALL IN ALL IT WENT, WELL,OK.I FEEL THAT THEY COULD OF-SHOULD OF GOTTEN MORE WORK DONE FOR THE TIME THEY HAD 2 HRS FOR 2 MEN!!! I DID NOT GIVE THEM THAT MUCH TO DO OR EVEN ANYTHING REALLY HARD.THEY ONLY FINISHED ABOUT 3/4 OF IT. DIDN'T FINISH DOING THE RAKING OR TRIMMING OF TREES WHEN THE TIME WAS UP.I CHECKED THE AREA AND POINTED OUT AREAS THAT WEREN'T DONE. THEY SAID THEY WERE OUT OF TIME AND SUGGESTED I BUY MORE TIME. I DID AND THEY STILL DIDN'T FINISH THE JOB OF RAKING AND TRIMMING TREES(I ONLY ASKED FOR THE LOWER BRANCHES W/ MOSS ON THEM!!!) THAT I FEEL COULD OF BEEN DONE W/I THE FIRST LOT OF TIME ESPECIALLY WITH 2 GUYS!!!! HADTO ASK TWICE TO TRIM HEDGES ENOUGH!

I was very happy with the mulch and team. They really did an excellent job. They showed up on time, they spread the mulch carefully, and they cleaned up very thoroughly when they were done - they even blew the sidewalk clear in the front, where they hadn't done any work. This is the second time I've used this company, and I was completely satisfied each time.

The guys were excellent. They arrived when scheduled, were clean cut and professional, and were prepared with all types of equipment. They removed overgrown bushes and reworked the bedding to make it look like nothing had been taken out. Rather than removing one of the plants I requested, they trimmed and cleaned it up to see if I liked it better. It was perfect, looked like a new plant and I'm really glad they didn't just rip it out. I felt like I was working with a team who was as invested in the look of my landscape as I was. When they finished the work I had planned, they went further to weed a walkway, pick up leaves and do general cleaning in order to fill the time I had paid them for. Before they departed, they cleaned the area with a leaf blower and checked in to make sure I was satisfied. I could have not been more pleased and I highly recommend this company.

The two men that arrived were professional, punctual, and did a great job. I would definitely use them in the future!

Communicated clearly with Wellspring about planting trees and doing hardscape. After several scheduling errors that wasted my time, someone came to my house completely unaware of all the items I clearly wrote out in and email and spoke on the phone about. I was told that for grass I should call someone else. Then I was told that the guy who came out only handles lawn mowing services and doesn't talk about trees or hardscapes which is the only thing ever requested. He said he would have someone else from the company call me about getting it done. That was two months ago. No one has called, I've wasted several days with Wellspring, and I've lost out on being able to plant trees in the fall.

We had a little trouble getting connected after first initial phone call but once we did they squeezed me into their workload very quickly. The guys that came out were very nice, professional, efficient and provided me with some great ideas that I could do on my own in the future (I do not know much about yards and landscaping). I would definitely use them again

Wellspring did an absolutely fantastic job at our house last weekend. They were completely professional & courteous from the first talk With David to the entire day with AJ & his crew. They worked hard & fast the entire time & before leaving made 100% sure we were happy. Great job & great company.

From the moment that we established the first contact, Mr. Pereira was clear with the expectations of the deal I purchased and was prompt to schedule the visit. We had to reschedule due to rain and I also got a call early on the day to let me know it was canceled and quickly got rescheduled. On the day of the service, I also received another call to confirm they were coming. around noon. The Jay and his crew worked very efficiently, making my yard look great in the estimated time.

They missed the first scheduled date and time, but called me to apologize and set another date and time and came out to do the work as promised. I didn't have to be at home, so it was not a problem for me. Not an expert on mulch cost or how to measure the amount of mulch required, but they answered all my questions and did a nice job. They also fixed a few issues from their last job clearing out a dead tree and accumulated debris from the yard.

The estimator was on time and was very friendly. He took a lot of time to answer questions and explain how they did their work and why. I was sent comprehensive estimates for work. The estimates were a little confusing as they offer a method of payment that allows you to make monthly payments that are the same dollar amount while the number of lawn services may vary month to month due to the seasonal nature of the work required. The mowing is going to be a regular service and happened a about a week before the clean up. The job they did looked good. For the clean up, they spent all day on it and did a very good job for the most part. I expected the small dead tree to be removed but it was cut down and still has a jagged little stump showing in the ground. The yard and bushes look so much better now. They also were good at cleaning up and hauling everything away. I'm going to call them to come back out to review with me and then I'm going to have the yard aerated and put on top layer of compost in the yard. Also going to have them spread mulch in all the beds. Will post review of those services later. Overall, very good job done so far relative to other companies I've used. Other landscaping companies have been much worse in terms of scheduling or doing the work they promise to do, so I'm happy and look forward to working with this company.

They came when they said they will come.

Everything has been fine. It has been good. They are very prompt. I think they are pretty typical for lawn people.

They do a great job. They keep our yard nice. They are always on time and very professional. They are reliable.

The men worked very hard and did a great job! My flower beds looked great. I was so happy with their work that I hired them to provide my regular lawn maintenance which I have also been very happy with, also.

They are fast and efficient with a portion of fee going to charity. Doesn't get any better than that!

I am the husband of the Angie;s List member and I dealt with the company. The two man crew did an excellent job, worked hard with few breaks to get the job done. It was a get in the dirt job with a a lot of digging and chopping involved. The only disappointment was the it did not include hauling off the debris. I had understood that they would haul off what they had cut down and it was to be included in the price. When I talked to the project manager, name not recalled, he said that it was an extra charge and I hauled it off.. I can only guess that I misunderstood that when I talked to him about their services before they started the job.He did say that if I did another job with them, he may be able to give me some discount. Overall I was well pleased with their work.

We had a hard time finding a good lawn maintenance service that works off of Hamilton Pool Road between Beecave and Dripping Springs. Wellspring does work in that area and they are very reliable. The lawn looks great.

Very professional; ALL workers communicated well; did work exactly as requested with no after the fact noticing of something incomplete or not done properly; would use again for next project.
