Description of Work: They did a great job! The owner called and let me know exactly what I could expect. They arrived on time and did everything and more. My yard looked better than it had in a very long time. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: From a quality perspective, Wellspring did a great job. I hired them for several tasks. From one perspective, it could be called "seasonal yard maintenance", such as trimming all the hedges. I also had some more significant issues to address related to trees and overgrown areas too near the house. | |The team from Wellspring listened to my needs and concerns. They were clear and up-front about charges, including the additional haul-off charge for the amount of yard debris the work would entail. (Actually, that came in about $20 under estimate.) They kept me updated to progress. | |Everything was done the way I'd hoped. Neighbors have commented on how good the yard looks. Always nice. They cleaned the overgrowth, trees, etc., where everything looks good and provides sufficient clearance for our winter winds. | |The only reason that I marked them down in the category of "Responsiveness" is that it was a long time between first contact and final work--just over a month. In fairness to them, there was heavy rain part of that time, and it is a busy time of year. Also, I was a new customer--with all the normal things you want to do in that regards. Still, it was more than a week between first contact and reply. | |I will definitely have them out again in the spring. In fact, I talked with the lead of the team that did this job about some of things I need help doing. | |

Description of Work: They renovated the backyard area where part of the deck had been removed and the flower beds used to be: 1) removed all underground plastic, 2) dug up and stacked rocks, 3) filled post holes, 4) added top soil to all areas that had plastic removed, and 5) trimmed bush. They finished in half the time allotted and asked for other tasks to do for us.

Description of Work: Aereate and spread top soil on my yard. The only thing wrong was the scheduling but it worked fine. Very professional workers. And good job.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for four hours of labor. When I scheduled, I specifically stated that I needed weeds pulled, not sprayed. I also asked the owner to drop by and give a bid for some other work. Two professional men arrived ready to work. They did a nice job trimming shrubs but needed instruction on getting weeds out by the root rather than just pulling the top off. I provided some tools but they could not persist and started pulling the tops off which is useless. Ultimately they told me they have never been asked to pull up weeds because they spray them. The owner did not come by to give me an estimate and when I asked them about that, I was told that he was busy that day.

Description of Work: 8 hours of yard cleanup. Even though they had never worked with a bog before, they did a great job with tangled masses of umbrella grass and green taro which had taken over and made their own islands in the rocks. This is a bog filter used with a pond, that had gotten overgrown with these plants.
