Shady services, you will regret higher them.all these positive reviews are most likely paid actors. Chris Watters office offered me money for positive reviews, after their mistakes on my seller transaction in Dallas.

The agent explained the process and how they list our home. What he told us wasn't much different from the other sales team we interviewed. When he described the bug check they give away to agents as a promotional contest the red flags started popping up. Then the drops the bomb on us. Instead of the usual 6% that is the industry standard, they charge 7%. That told us that they charge 4% for their services which didn't look any better than other top selling agencies. This wasn't that impressive considering how long the house down the street, that they were selling, was on the market. We were so, not impressed that we signed with their biggest local competitor who made fewer promises but sold the house in the time frame that we expected.
Description of Work: The agent showed up and came on like a used care salesman. He pushed how great the service is and all of the promotional programs the do for agents.
