Everything went well. They kept me informed of timing as wet weather deleted their schedule some. Work seemed to be of high quality; there were several things that I spotted that needed to be touched up and I wanted the door trim edges done better, but the crew happily did the touch up and redid the door edges. The price was the lowest of three bids, though one of the other bids was close. The Angie's discount made a difference, though i also felt most comfortable with the review Darniel did before submitting a bid.

They were on time, worked steadily and quickly, and worked around several weather challenges to finish the entire job in four days.

They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves daily and were very attentive to our concerns. The owner provides hands-on leadership to his crew and took the time to point out areas of concern to his crew. The quality of their work was excellent. Their price was 60% that of one bid we received.

They did an excellent job and really exceptional. They did a little extra power washing that was not in the bid and charged us next to nothing. They are very professional and thorough. We were very pleased with them. They got the job done over 4 days. The cleanup was very good and they did a thorough job.

We decided to have our 10 year old home painted this summer. We had 3 bids. 1. From a painting service that pushes college students through sales to project management. 2 & 3 from the highest rated painters on Craigslist. I got bids from all with the same extras and 3-4 references in the area. The latter two were competitive. Upon checking out the finished product, it turned out one house was a few blocks away. I ran by and the owner happen to be walking in. He told me a lot about Ultra, all true. We scheduled and things started coming up. Nelly pushed back our date 3-4x for us. She never ONCE complained or said 'call us when you are ready.' I like the professional emails and follow up calls. Finally our day came. Crew was prompt and very accommodating. Day 1 the crew power washed the entire house. Besides the house being clean, you would have never known they were there. Day 2 was prep and painting. You have no idea how efficient and courteous this crew is! I came home from work and they told me about a huge coral snake that went into the garage. I took the dogs out, every single item was off the patio, and placed in the yard covered in plastic... Even the 90# kettlebell. I walked around the side, they taped up the neighbors car in plastic! Less than an hour later they were leaving. I went to lock the gates and allow the dogs there freedom... Every single item the crew had brought was picked up; no trash anywhere. All the window coverings were off. Day 3 painting and payment. The crew finished early. Everything that was in the estimate was completed. We cut a check for the wrong amount reading the estimate wrong for extras we did not do (HOA doesn't allow painting brick). Not an issue, they explained and we cut a second check for the balance. They were gentlemen about the mix up, I apologized anyways.

I chose Ultra Services Remodeling to paint my house. They were due to come and power wash the house on 9/9 and then come back to paint. When I got home on 9/9, the house was all painted and the only thing left to do was the trim! I wasn't prepared (didn't take the hoses holder off of the house/move the table off of the patio/move bricks away from the house), but the crew had moved what they needed to. My friend and I marked the areas we wanted to have as the trim color, and when I got home on 9/10, the house was trimmed out and looked absolutely awesome. The crew and their 'leader', Daniel, were very professional, courteous, respectful, over-the-top helpful. Arrived on time and completed their task way sooner than I thought was going to happen! These guys definitely know what they're doing and I'm so very happy I chose them to do this work!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Flaco!!! The day I called he came to my house to give an estimate. Five days later he and another gentleman arrived, on time and began the work. They were VERY professional, and wasted no time doing the work and it all turned out absolutely beautiful!! Flaco is kind, considerate, very much a professional, and his integrity is exceptional. His bids are very competitive and he and his crews' work is beyond comparison. He has many years of experience and knows what he is doing....and makes sure his crew(s) do everything to your satisfaction. He is very easy to work with; he is trustworthy and honest. I recommend him and his company with absolute confidence!!! Call on Ultra Services....you will not be disappointed!!!

The same day I called, Jim came out to do a bid on a paint job for our house and pump house. He was very thorough and ask plenty of questions and had a lot of suggestions. Got the bid two days later and our job was scheduled for about eight weeks out. During that time they kept in touch letting us know the progress of the schedule. They eventually got to our job about two week earlier than planned. They asked what time would be convenient for them to arrive at our house and they were on time each day. On day two, we decided to add a few elements to our job and Flaco was accommodating and even accepted the additional work with no addition to our final bill. The crew was friendly and courteous. They did a fantastic job and the results look great!

When discussing the work to be done, they worked with us on the changes we wanted after the initial quote. The job took 3 days to do. Prep work was very thorough and well done. Excellent paint job. The men worked very efficiently and quickly and did a great job. When the job was finished, my husband didn't like how a area around some of the windows looked. Not their fault. Darinel Lua suggested painting around the windows with the trim color. He said it would make the windows stand out. He was right, and and he repainted the area at no additional cost to us. The house looked great. The crew moved everything off the patio deck to clean and stain it. They came back two days later put everything back the way it was. Darinel Lua and the men were very professional and courteous and did such a great job, that we are having them strip and paint our kitchen cabinets.

I have owned 5 homes and done a multitude of work over the years and working with Jim and Flaco has to be one of the best experiences I've ever had. Jim has transitioned the business to Flaco and I know why. Flaco was always on time, did a great job and was always checking in with me to make sure I was happy with the job. Unlike the other estimates I received for my job, they had an experienced stucco person make the repairs on my home. The other painters were just going to patch it. Even with the extra work, the bid was still in line with the others. I can't say enough nice things about this company. I will be using them again and telling everyone I know to use them.

These guys are great. From the first phone call until the day the job wrapped up I heard from them continuously on project details and timing. They were extremely thorough - I couldn't find a single thing that need "fixing" when the job was done. The team was polite, neat and extremely kind, they help me carry groceries in from the car, chase after the dog and taught the children magic tricks -- they became like family. I've asked them to come back as soon as possible to do some interior painting. Hire them. You will not be disappointed!

Jim's crew did a high quality job painting the exterior of our home and garage. We had some old siding replaced, which I believe was subcontracted out by Jim. The finished product looked great, but the subcontractors weren't as tidy as we'd have liked in picking up after themselves. We had a few unique issues with the trim on our garage that Jim did a great job of fixing. Jim is very responsive and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the job.

They did outstanding work. They cleaned up after themselves and left some samples of the paint for future reference. The leader "Flaco" was outstanding to work with.

We hired Jim's team to paint our two-story house. Everything looks so nice. We had some water damage and squirrel damage that they had to fix before they could paint, and now it looks like new. They were here from December 21 to December 24. They were prompt every morning and finished on Christmas Eve, just as they promised. There was one day that the team was running late, so Jim called us to let us know about the delay, and they arrived at the time that he said. Flaco was the project manager, and he was very helpful in answering questions. He also went above and beyond to help us out--my two-year old bumped into our freshly painted front door and got paint on her sleeve. The team was still here, so I went to Flaco to apologize and see if he could touch up the spot where she'd bumped. He said, no problem. I asked him about how to get paint stains out of clothes, and he said, "How about if I take care of it for you?" So, he took the shirt and cleaned it out in our backyard, and now no paint on the clothes. He could have just told me which cleaning products to use, and it would've been fine with me. I really appreciated that he was willing to stick around just a little longer to fix the door and clean out my child's shirt. Jim came by the house every day just to check on the progress. He was also great about returning emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys!

Jim and his team were excellent as was all the communication. Very professional. The painters were very thorough, anxious to please, courteous and the house looks great. Painters were on site at 8 am sharp every morning. Very neat job and clean up. I would highly recommend. Price was competitive. All questions were answered, Jim was available whenever needed, helpful with color choices. I would definite hire them again.

Last year we obtained bids to paint our home. We decided to go with Ultra based on the awesome reviews and price was comparable to other bids we received. My husband decided to wait until this spring to have painted. Called Jim and this was not a problem and was very professional and understanding of us wanting to wait. I called when we decided to paint and we were scheduled and they came out on time. They cleaned the entire exterior and sprayed to prevent mildew. They repainted entire home (3 colors), and completed painting the shop my husband built. We had some delays but that was due to the weather - it rained several times. As soon as rain stopped they were back out to finish. Once complete Flaco made sure we were completely satisfied with results. Work is awesome and meticulous. Place looks awesome and we have received several compliments I would like to give a big Kudos to Flaco. He was in charge of the crew and he was here everyday working and making sure everything was done correctly and that we were happy with the results. He is very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and will use again. In fact I have already obtained a bid for some inside paint/repairs needing to be done. Awesome job Flaco and Jim and entire crew. My daughter had used Ultra to paint her home a year ago and she was very happy with the job they did. So I got a bid from Jim along with a couple of other bids. He had the middle bid. He does not use subcontractors so I knew they would do a good job. Jim and his crew did a great job. They are courteous and show up when they say they will. They know what they are supposed to do and know how to do it. They also did some extras so everything looked finished My home looks wonderful and I am very happy the job they did.

Can't say enough good things about Jim Kuykendall and his crew of three!!! Our house needed painting inside and out - plus a good bit of the wood trim needed to be removed and replaced prior to the outside paint job. All done very professionally and the crew chief saw everything that needed doing - I didn't have to point out anything!!! We also had our deck and railing painted. They were in need of it and now will look lovely for many years to come. The inside painting was done efficiently - they were very neat, very proficient and restored all the furniture back to its original place at the end of each day. Easy to live with them working inside. They cleaned up everything as they went along...couldn't be happier with the work that Ultra Service did for us.

Pro's all the way around from the initial estimate to the workmanship and service. Be patient - this contractor stays busy with his reputation but the wait is worth the results. I will be bringing him back for an complete interior paint next year.

Called Jim and he made arrangements to come give an estimate within a couple of days. Originally he thought the work wouldn't get started until the end of November but we were pleased to find he could start the job in early November. On the start date they were here exactly on time as well as the two follow up days. The crew was great. The job was fabulous and they did everything they promised for the exact price of the estimate. We even got a bonus when the crew chief suggested we paint the front door a bright color with paint he already had. We love it! I would highly recommend Jim and his crew. We plan on using them again.

We could not be more pleased. Jim Kuykendall made the process easy. Jim provided color charts, a source for paint samples and made recommendations pertaining to repairs required to restore our home's exterior to "like new" condition. The process was seamless. The crew arrived on time, each day, completed the repairs and surface preparation leading to the paint application. Their work was coordinated and flawless. Attention to detail, extended to covering our plants and shrubs during the painting process and returning our yard to its original condition. Jim and his crew communicated effectively, with us, throughout the process.

Very professional and very easy to work with. Competitive price. Readily accommodated additional minor requests including minor fence and shed repairs at no extra cost. Required more time than estimated due to weather. Returned promptly to correct a minor problem. Jim and Flacco and their crew lived up to their company's name: they provided Ultra-Service. We give them our highest recommendation.

Jim showed up and walked the exterior of the house to make sure we had everything laid out in front of us. They showed up on the agreed upon date and began the process of scrapping and washing. They then repaired any rotted or fractured wood on the siding. the final paint job looks amazing and the crew did a fantastic job. They even painted some railing that need some work at no additional cost. When they were finished Jim walked the property with me and made sure everything was up to my satisfaction. Jim and his crew did a fantastic job and I would recommend them in the future.

Jim and his crew did an excellent job from beginning to end. Everyone was courteous and professional. We are very happy with the finished results.

Jim's team did a great job on my daughter's bedroom. The texturing looks like it was the original (before I put up wallpaper) and the paint job is neat. The team showed up when they said they would and were very courteous. Would definitely recommend Ultra Service Company!
