I spoke with Daniel over the phone. He providedexceptional customer service which gave me the confidence to go ahead and get an estimate. After receiving an estimate in a thorough explanation of the problem and the process and procedure to fix the problem I was thoroughly satisfied enough to hire. Work was done in a fast, neat, professional manner. Daniel is a excellent example of word backed by work.

I would not call TruTec again. Although they are quick to respond, when Daniel made a house call, his estimate was unbelievably high. So much so that I scrambled to find several other electricians to compare diagnosis and estimates. The basic job was to re-install a power feed (about 20 of 240v from weather head to meters) so that city services could reconnect the city power line. TruTec claimed that at least twice as much work needed to be done (double permits, new breakers, two grounding systems, and an estimated almost 6K (including almost $1400 in city fees). The next licensed electrician I called looked at the job, explained very simply what needed to get done, and quoted me 1500-1700 (plus a more accurate $200-400 city inspection fees). In the end, the company I hired asked me all the right questions, simply had me send photos to estimate, and got directly in touch with the city to assure they could get the inspection and power reconnected same day and told me flatly it should cost $900 (and city fees could range from $200-$400 depending on whether they charged the emergency fee or held off til Mon to complete the inspection). There were two other electricians I spoke to who said I would be embarrassed to quote almost 6K for what you need to be done. That is practically robbery To his credit, Daniel at TruTec knew he was gouging and reduced his house call rate from $99 to $40 for coming to look at and estimate my job. Still, $40 is too much to have someone come and try to you.

Outstanding and professional customer service on short notice. Daniel was terrific. He explained everything very clearly and gave us 4 options to choose for the solution. The crew he sent was clean and polite and very efficient. They solved the problem, replaced the outlets and put in a new breaker.

Easy to schedule, on-time arrival (called to announce when they would arrive), listened, diagnosed potential problem, provided most likely repair scenario, outlined cost then did the repair. Tested afterwards. No-fuss, no-muss just excellent service with quality / friendly / good value / clean workmanship . If I need electrical service in the future I will call these folks first !!!

Very good at explaining the process and listening to the customer. Allowed me to watch the entire process and ask as many questions as I wished. Had no issue with requesting changes during the project. Always showed up within minutes of when they estimated. Overall did very good work and obviously takes pride in their work. I will use them again
