Wonderful work. They installed a new GFCI outlet in our laundry room, so we could add another small refrigerator. Professional and took time to explain what and why they were doing what they did and cleaned up after themselves. COVID safe practice the whole time while in my home. The best service and repair team we've ever met was Bon and Jerry! Our kitchen outlet started burning out of nowhere so we contacted TruTech for immediate help. Bon was on the job the very next morning bright and early with our safety as a top priority! He and Jerry came in following safe covid protocols with masks and booties which we loved because we have an asthmatic child. They got right to work identifying the problem and tested our whole house for any other issues. Bon explained every step of the process and made us feel comfortable. They completed the work with the upmost care and quality. TruTech will always have us as clients because of it!

Daniel, Bon and Jerry are AMAZING! They were hired to replace my almost 50 year old electric panel and resolve some issues with a small secondary panel that was not working and turned out to be illegal. They repaired and replaced everything with speed, professionalism and accuracy. While here, Daniel offered to look at the work another company did in my guest bathroom and likely saved the whole house from a fire. He showed me exposed wires, non-grounded electrical switches & fixtures and code violations that even an apprentice electrician would not have left. He wrote 2 reports, complete with photos of the problems and helped me get my money back. TruTec electricians will be doing the repairs so I can use the bathroom lights and draw fan without starting a fire in the wall or attic. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!

The guys who came out did an amazing job. They handled our chandelier with extreme care, and even packed up the old one for us! They came prepared with a ladder, and everything went really smooth. I was having a hard time finding someone to do it because we have super high ceilings. I would highly recommend them!

I asked for advice on selecting ceiling fans in my house. They came out on time as promised, listened to my needs, and helped me make a selection and give me a bid to install two fans. I then had them install the fans, and things went well except for a flaw in one fan which was no fault of theirs. The quality of the work was good. They were very professional, and the entire process was a very good experience.

I have to say Bon Lafayette was extremely knowledgeable about his work and craft. He did a beautiful job on our new electrical panel for our home. The wiring looked just like artwork! Very nice. I wish more of the people we hire to fix our home were like him. It would make our lives easier.

We had undercounted lighting installed and we were told the wires would be barely visible, but we halted installation when it was noted that wires would be clearly visible. We instructed the installers to reroute the wires into the pantry to preclude visibility. The work was performed satisfactorily.
