Wow! I am sitting by the window staring through the unbelievably clear glass and shiny screens at my pristine patio and house. I don't think the house, windows, patio or drive looked this good on the day we bought it new 10 years ago. John, was prompt in returning my calls and responding to questions in advance of my appointment. He arrived on time and provided some good suggestions with no high-pressure sales at all. Both John and his co-worker were professional, friendly, and polite. I feel like I made new friends. More importantly, I am confidant that I have found a new business that I will use in the future and that I can happily recommend to my friends. You will be very happy with any work Truly Clear performs!

Our house posed numerous challenges and John and Luke definitely went the extra mile... showing us how to limit stains from pool, referring us to places to get screens repaired. Professional in every way. We will definitely use this service again!

The following day I received a call from John letting me know that he was on the way, but running a few minutes late due to traffic. Once he and Luke showed up, they wasted no time in getting to work - inside first, then outside. They took pains to protect my wood floors - even taking their shoes off. My windows are sparkling clean and I couldn't be happier.

It has been two months since my window cleaning and I don't remember the exact cost but whatever it was (between $50 and $100) it was well worth it! John and his employee did an excellent job on making my two story town home windows sparkle. I particularly wanted the job done before having Christmas guests and I was very pleased. Both gentlemen were just that, gentlemen, very polite and courteous. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to use Truly Clear again.

Great. Bought the $ 90 Best Deal through Angies's, but went on to add the flagstones, deck and windows. His price for the extra items was extremely reasonable.John was easy to reach and set up an appointment with. John and his crew were prompt, flexible and very efficient. they did a great job. End result was a great job at a great price. Would definitely use them again.

I found Truly Clear on Angie's List through a special they were running for window cleaning. I paid the difference for them to wash more windows than the special included. The owner was a very, very nice gentleman. He was educated. His assistant was very nice as well. It was like having my kids do the work. Overall I was very pleased. It was a good price and the quality was very good. They gave me some of their cleaning solution and rags to wash the windows on the inside. They wanted to do the job right. He had assumed my windows were different than they were and based his schedule off a different kind of window. He asked if we could reschedule to a day he had more time to spend on my windows. That was fine for me, as I was in no rush. They arrived when they said they would. I really liked this company. They do a good job. There was no fuss. They were well-dressed and seemed to enjoy what they do.

Very pleased with the performance of this company. Easy to set-up estimate and schedule the completion of the work. Very professional service, and the quality of the work was excellent. Our drive was very dirty, and it now looks like new! Windows look great, too!

I had been wanting to get my driveway pressure washed. When I saw the "Big Deal" I was motivated to get it done. John was very easy to reach and talk to. We set up the appointment for a couple of days later and he arrived at the designated time. The driveway was very stained so it took him some extra time. It turned out beautifully. I felt that he really wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything and he was willing to take some extra time to answer any questions that I had. He came back about a week later to do all the windows on my house. Again, he was willing to take the time to answer my questions and make sure that I understood what was involved and exactly the work that they would perform. I decided that I wanted him to do a little less than we had originally talked about so we adjusted the price accordingly. Again, everything turned out beautifully. I plan on having my patio pressure washed in a couple of months and I'm certainly going to call Truly Clear again. It was a very good experience.

After Truly Clear had done a great job cleaning a trophy display case inside and out -- another challenging project, I asked for them to do the windows. This was almost three months after move-in. The builder had the windows cleaned, but it left a lot to be desired. Truly Clear had to handle a lot of construction paint and dust and debris on the windows. As promised, they arrived about midday and started on the exteriors. I got back to the house a little later and gave them access to the interior. They completed the work about 4:30. Both young men were high personable and professional, and open with good suggestions. There was one problem, for example, that they couldn't overcome because the fingerprints were inside the double paned glass. So they suggested someone they thought would be good to fix it. John emphasized more than once how importantly he took their guarantee, and that if we should discover anything that didn't look right to not hesitate to call him to redo it.

John and Luke are truly the best in window cleaning and pressure washing. Our windows were in terrible shape from when a painter pressure washed and painted our house. They brought our windows back to life again!! And, the driveway has never looked this great, better than when we bought our house 4 years ago. John and Luke are professional, on time and great to work with. Thank you, John and Luke for the work done on our home. We think Truly Clear Window Cleaning is the best.
