Description of Work: Contacted them to get a bid on a cooktop and set up a pre-purchase measuring visit. They agreed to do this. They did not follow-thru. When I contacted them to again try and set up pre-purchase visit the second time, they were rude, stated they didn't think I was serious about purchase. I was later contacted by another staff member who apologized but I had already selected another merchant to purchase cooktop.

replacement windows, home remodeling, doors
+ 1 moreThe french doors arrived at the store in one week. However they were completely wrong so we had to reorder the doors. The salesperson never found the paperwork for the order and started all over again- the doors did not get to us for 3 more weeks. The window arrived in one week and was too big. Again the salesperson could not find the paper work- I spoke to the sales manager who told me she would call me back, but never did. The salesperson came to our house and measured the window space and the door space to make sure that the order would be right. Our carpenter enlarged the space for the window so we would not have to wait another 2 weeks. The hardware never arrived, so we cancelled the order. During the entire process, we dealt with 3 different salespeople- When everything finally did arrive, the salespeople were apologetic and did seem to try to resolve things.
Description of Work: We visited the showroom looking at french doors , a window, and hardware for cabinets. The salesperson was going to check on the price of the hardware and call us back. One week later, we still had not heard from him. I went back to the store and spoke to another salesperson about the hardware and again, he never called back with a price. I called him and he gave me an estimate. We placed order for french doors, a single door, a window, and hardware.

+ 0 moreThey were some missing parts that were for the door thresholds and they quickly expedited to get someone out to fix this for us. They had very good service.
