It went excellently. They were professional and had a good price.

I called late afternoon to tell them my air conditioner stopped working. They had Anthony out here the next morning. The thermostat was broken (it was very old) and the motor had burned out. Anthony replaced both. He was terrific. I've used the company for several years and am always pleased with their service and their technicians.

They had affordable pricing. They did great work. They did everything they said they would. The owner gave me the quote and that is how much it was. All my rebates came through and the job went well.

I called them on a Sunday. They came out right away and found the problem. They couldn't fix the unit over the weekend. But they ordered the parts and installed the units within 2 days. They checked and found that the unit was still under warranty, which saved me a lot of money.

I've used them for 17 years.

It took a couple of days to get a technician to come out because of our schedule and theirs. It was an unusually hot period (several 100+ days in a row) and since we had other units to cool the house and ceiling fans, we decided we could wait as other people with A/C problems had only one unit for theirs. At any rate, the service technician, Anthony, was very pleasant and was quick and efficient in determining the problem which turned to be not as costly as we thought it might be. He recharged some freon to the unit, changed batteries on the programmable thermostat, and changed a dirty filter. He checked to make sure everything was in working order and suggested that we have a service re-check in the fall/winter, when the company had a little slower customer demand, to make sure there was no leak or other problem.

Their service person, Anthony, was fast, efficient, and figured out the problem within ten minutes. He also gave a clear explanation of the problem. He had the furnace up and running (after testing it 2-3 times) within a half hour, and charged only the basic service fee. I highly recommend this company, and would use them again.

This was our 4th a/c heating unit they have done for us and they are always top notch. I highly recommend using them.

The service person, John, was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.
