Phillip Mahilik, the owner of the company, came out to the appointment himself. He was prompt and very courteous as well as very patient as I explained to him all the small details that were needed for our HOA community. I explained to him when the next board meeting was and told him that I would not have an answer at least until after the meeting which was a few weeks away. He promptly got an estimate to me. His estimate seemed fair and I presented it to our board. After some discussion it was decided not to make a change at that time. When I spoke to Phillip about the concerns and needs that came from the meeting and what we would need to see in a proposal, he took the time with me to see if there was a way for us meet the needs of the HOA. He again got another estimate out very quickly and is very good at following up to see if I need anything else. If the decision were entirely my decision and not a total of six members, I would hire Total Lawn and Sprinkler on the spot.
