Description of Work: I was looking for someone to help me with routine lawn care as well as some one time upkeep (to make up for my NOT upkeeping my lawn). The bi-weekly lawn care was on par with all the other quotes I got and they've been out regularly since and I have no complaints. They come, do the mowing, edging, and blowing/cleanup better than I ever did, and take off. I'm billed a few days later so there is time to address any discrepancies (which there have not been). | |For the one time services, I had them come mulch, weed, and trim up my front and back flowerbeds. They did an awesome job, I had no idea my yard could look so good. They were efficient and took care of pruning and clearing everything in a way that makes me think they know their stuff. | |The biggest reason I selected them is they actually sent someone out to assess my yard for the regular mowing (most people simply quoted my over phone). They also provided suggestions of possible care treatements for lawn, suggested plants, and provided a whole list of quoted services that I could simply pick and choose from. | |The only cons I have are that they come at different times of day for the bi-weekly care. I don't care, especially since I don't have to be there, but others might find this frustrating. | |During my one time service of mulching and flower bed care, they also did more than I asked. I had signed up for only backyard to be done but they did both. I probably could have stopped them (I was home at the time) but both front and back needed the loving so it worked out ok for me.

Description of Work: After making an appointment about two weeks ago, I was disappointed to receive a phone call from one of the landscape design managers just five minutes before our scheduled appointment. He called to re-schedule because he didn't have any way to get to my house. When I asked why he was calling so late, he indicated that he couldn't find my phone number and his wife had to borrow his car because their other car was in the shop. He then added that he sent me an email about one hour prior to our appointment; however, I was out running errands most of the morning and went to a lot of trouble to be home by 12:45 p.m. since our appointment was at 1:00 p.m. Not only that...but he asked for my address again!! I told the landscape design manager that I was NOT planning to reschedule. (I already had two landscape bids for a retaining wall utilizing stacked stone, additional landscaping around the area, as well as a new sidewalk needed for my lease house, etc.) Top Choice Landscape would have been my third bid if they were professional enough
