Tony did the best he could with the microwave. Absent bringing in a carpenter or cabinet maker, he did an okay job after about two hours of effort. His refrigerator repair was right in line with his expertise, and he had the replacement parts in his truck. He did a great job on that. His total price was very reasonable.

Tony returned my call within an hour and was able to come to my house the very next day. He determined that the thermal fuse was blown and the dryer's diagnostics said the high temperature limiter was malfunctioning. He replaced the fuse but had to pick up the limiter here in Austin. He returned the next day with the part and fixed the dryer. It worked once and had the same failure. Tony came out right away and determined it was the control board. He was able to find one in Austin and came back the next day to replace the control board. He confirmed that the heating element was being turned on and off by the control board. He did not charge me for the fuse or the limiter since they were working and applied what I had paid him toward the cost of the control board. I believe he was very knowledgeable and showed integrity. I would definitely use Tony again.

Great! Tony contacted me immediately after contacting him on Angie's list for the oven repair and was able to come out within an hour or 2. Worked fast, professional, had the worth done in less than an hour. Would definitely use again if we weren't selling the house and moving out of town but will recommend to the next owner for sure.

Tony did a great job - I called around 5 PM and he was able to come by about 9:30 AM the following day. Quickly diagnosed the problem and did a nice job fixing it.

I called Tony just before 6pm. He was at my house, resolved the issue by 8pm the same day. Professional, took the time to explain to me what went wrong and then repaired. He completely cleaned up the site after his work. Fantastic service, A+ all the way.

Tony was scheduled to come in the afternoon but surprised us with a text to let us know he was ahead of schedule and could come within a hour. He arrived and was so personable and professional and immediately looked into our dryer and found we had a blown out fuse. He took the time to explain his assessment of why this occurred and provide us recommendations on how best to maximize the efficiency of our dryer including checking our air ducts. Aside from Tony's high level of professionalism, as a Deaf couple we were very impressed with his patience and willingness to go the extra mile in communicating with us and ensuring we fully understood what he was sharing with us. We asked for Tony's card as we learned he handles repairs for all appliances. Thank you Tony for removing the stress and allowing us to enjoy this holiday season!

Tony did a great job, he shared with me what went wrong with my dryer and how he was going to fix it. After he got the dryer working, he cleaned up the area and moved the dryer back in place. I would recommend Tony to others.

Tony is very conscientious and honest. He took care of every aspect of the job after I ordered the merchandise, including calling me when he received notification from Home Depot that the goods are ready for pick up. He contacted the tenants and when he finished the work, he called to tell me. Tony is exceptional. I have only good things to say about Tony. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance installation and I would definitely hire him again.

After reading the reviews on Tony, I called and asked if he serviced Lakeway. He said and quot;yes,and quot; and said he could be there the next day at 8:30am. I said fine, thinking it would probably be around 9:00 or 9:30 am before he would make it, since his address is about 30 miles from here. I asked Tony what his charges were, and he said $400.00. The next morning Tony called at 8:00, and said he would be here in 20 minutes, and was that okay? My answer, of course, was and quot;sure.and quot; As soon as he got here he asked me to explain what had happened. After I told him, he cut off the electricity to the oven, took out the screws holding the oven to the framework, pulled the oven out of the framework, and proceeded to start checking the wiring. After about 30 to 45 minutes he explained what was wrong. Tony further stated that it would be about 4 or 5 business days before the part came in, but if I needed to use the oven, the lower unit worked. This was on June 25, 2014. Tony called on June 30 to let me know the part had not come in, but that as soon as it did he would be here. On July 2, he called about 8:30am and said he part was in and that he was on his way. Once he got here, he took the oven out of the wall, replaced the module, replaced the oven, and asked me to go through a number of the settings. Everything worked as it had prior to the oven going out. It took Tony about an hour. In retrospect, Tony is the type of person you always want to hire - if possible. He is courteous, shows up on time, makes sure you are satisfied with his work and job performance, and doesn't change the price on you at the end of the job.

I called Tony to install my gas cooktop. He was the only one who could come on the same day and his charge was the least. One company I called wanted to charge and gt;$200. Tony is professional, efficient, and courteous. I would definitely call him again if I need.

Tony determined it needed a new motor and since the dishwasher was over 10 years old, I wondered if it would be worth it to do that or to replace it. He said he thought it had good life left in it, he had a used motor he could install and we wound up doing that. $100 for the total bill (parts, labor, service call) - and he did this on a Saturday - the same day I called! Couldn't be more pleased that I found Tony and would definitely use his services again!

While doing laundry my washing machine stopped running right at the stage where the water was to drain. Rather than replace the machine, I decided to call Tony and have him come look at it. Tony answered my call right away and was at my house in about an hour. The reason it took so long was that he was in South Austin at the time of my call. Tony showed up and he was very nice and helpful. He looked at the machine, determined the issue, and fixed it in a very short amount of time. His price was very reasonable since part of the cost was a service call fee. I asked Tony for his information as I would definitely call him in the future and I recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.
