Titan has been the best experience we have had so far with outdoor contractors. Beyond being happy with our end results of a full house siding replacement. Ray our sales rep was helpful in navigating our many questions before we signed. Josh our crew lead was communicative, proactive and responsive when we needed a few things cleaned up or fixed. We are hopefully done with outdoor home repairs for now, but we would definitely work with Titan again, if we needed to.

Wonderful experience working with the entire team. We needed to coordinate with a pergola installation and they coordinated the work extremely well. The entire team was courteous, prompt, professional, and we are very pleased with the work. Josh was a pleasure to work with.

Chris came out and did a thorough walkaround of the house, answered all of my questions, and was very professional. That same visit, he provided an itemized checklist of what services would be done, and a price tag for the job. When I had a few followup questions (which I submitted through Angie's List message service), owner Mike Connors answered almost immediately. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the responsiveness of this company! We ultimately accepted a bid from another company that is a better fit for us, but I would not hesitate to call Titan if/when we have any exterior work to be done. Thanks!

I had used Titan before for some window replacement and had been pleased in the past. So reaching out to them for this project as well. Schedule an inspection of the project with Lamar. He was prompt, comprehensive in his evaluation of the project and promptly provide us with a competitive bid. Replaced the old siding with Hardie Siding and painted to match rest of exterior. Could not be more pleased. The crew was professional, efficient and demonstrated total respect for our home and property. Would use them again in a heart beat.

We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass doors, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. What a difference! I got several bids from the top 3 companies on Yelp in Austin and Titan was hands down the most responsive and gave us the best rate. Joel came out immediately gave us great advice on which windows and siding styles were the best option for us and helped us choose colors. Steve the window contact and Steve the siding contact always, always, always showed up when they said they would and I felt completely comfortable having them in the house with their crews. The guys worked so hard and knocked out both our windows and siding in record time. They were also really considerate about small details like making sure the gate was closed when they left each day so that our dog couldn't get out and cleaning up debris and dirt as the job progressed. Also, Mike the owner- what a great guy! He meticulously inspected the install of all windows, sliding doors, and siding. It's pretty cool to meet someone who takes such pride in his company. I would absolutely work with Titan again. As soon as we're ready to tackle the siding in the front of the house, we will be giving them a call.

The company was invited to bid but my rep's inability to provide answers to questions led me to go with someone else.

These guys are awesome! From estimate to final walkthrough and payment, everyone was respectful, honest, and professional. Chose Titan based on a coworker’s recommendation and we am so pleased with the work they’ve done. All work was done efficiently and accurately. All debris was removed. They even made sure I knew how to open, tilt, and close all of the windows before leaving the property. Friendly guys and a pleasure to work with.

The guys did a good job on the chimney repair, but messed up the touch up paint. I was grateful for a siding company to do such a small job and the price was fair. The crew seemed in a big hurry which always makes me nervous.

Satisfied, they worked in a timely manner and cleaned up as they went along. Sufficient crew finished the job, supervisor later came to test the windows to make any adjustments.

They have great teams that worked 12 hour days getting our work done. They had great teams doing siding, then painting and lastly touch ups. The owner and project manager were very nice and accommodating to any questions or changed we wanted. 1200 foot square house done in 5 days.

They did this probably 2-3 years ago. It must have been somewhere around the spring. I think the did an excellent job with installing the siding and that sort of thing so I'd give them an A. Some of the workers were a little messy with their lunch pails but overall they did really good job.

The work was all done in one day. Seriously! They got here early and completely exchanged every window (and slider). We used vinyl windows, and they look very nice. The crew was prompt, efficient, clean and very quick. The only negative is that they were expensive. Like to the tune of 30-40% more...but, no problems, no issues, no drama. The owner even came by at the end of the afternoon to check on the job and make sure we were happy.

He was very prompt and very professional. I thought the quality of the estimate was good. Unfortunately, we did not hire them. We just haven't hired anyone. It was higher then others we had seen, but I appreciated the quote it was thorough. Out of all the estimates we received, I thought they were the most knowledgeable, professional and seemed trustworthy. It seemed like they held themselves to a higher standard.

The sales rep and owner took time to answer all of my questions and were responsive to phone calls. The owner of the company inspected the final job.

The estimating session was good, highly informative. Good window models for the client to examine.

Titan did a great job replacing the windows on our two-story home. It was super hot during the installation, so it took two days. Most of the new windows were double-sashed, so we can open them from the top or bottom. The windows were perfectly installed. The house was totally cleaned, inside and out, where the windows were installed. The owner came by and personally inspected each window before we gave them the payment. It's been almost 2 years since they were installed, they are still operating just like the day they were installed. Although we have not experienced any significant reduction in our utility bill, the direct heat reduction with the windows facing west is incredible. Additionally, the noise and dust reduction in our home is wonderful. I am really glad that we used Titan for our window replacement.

Completed on time without any surprise price changes.

I received several estimates both from Angie's list and internet, Titan was not the least expensive but the most complete bid with no hidden expenses or costs to be determined. Very professional folks from estimator Lamar to owner Mike, all did a great job, their larger than normal crew got the job done timely. Would definitely use Titan again should need arise.

The time had come to replace the 20 year old single pane windows in our home. We could not be more pleased with our new Simonton Windows and the entire experience with Titan. Chris made two trips to the house to answer every question we had about the Windows and installation. We never felt pressured. Steve and his crew were excellent! They worked quickly, were very respectful of our property, AND they were all just really nice guys! There were a couple little snafus with the ordering on some specialty glass and a door but it was all taken care of. Now here is customer service for you - one of the double hung Windows got out of whack when it was apparently tilted incorrectly. It would not close completely and a storm was headed our way. The owner, Mike Connors, returned my call and patiently tried to talk me through getting it back in correctly but I just couldn't manage so Mike came over right away and fixed the problem! I highly recommend Titan and Simonton Windows! I get so many compliments from people about how nice my new windows are! I should also mention that I had 21 Windows installed and yes it was a big investment but Titan even came in $1,000 under other estimates.

I am very pleased with the work performed. They replaced outside siding and the siding around a rather tall chimney. They did have a problem with their supplier who did not deliver the right materials but they kept me informed and it only delayed the project a half a day. I felt like they took a personal interest in my project. Mike, the owner, even stopped by to see how the work was going and if I had any questions. They cleaned up the area afterwords and did not leave until I was pleased. I got multiple estimates for this project and Titan's proposal was competitive with the others. It is terrific to engage with a company that shows interest in the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customer. I would definitely use them again for the next house project.

I asked Titan to provide me a quote on all of the windows in my house. The guy was right on time and spent the time to go through the entire house and take measurements. After a couple of weeks I called to see if he had made any progress. He called back that day and said that he had a quote from one of his suppliers and was waiting on his other ones. I never heard back from him. UPDATE: After reading my Angie's list review, Titan quickly responded and apologized for not following up - which I consider very professional. These are the types of people I like doing business with.

Windows are beautiful. Installation and cleanup was great. Installers (3) were courteous, polite and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for replacement windows.
