Description of Work: Our son subscribes to Angle's List. He gave us several recommendations. We called Mike of Titan Siding and he said he would have Chris, his installation manager, call us. Chris called very soon and set up an estimate date. After having several estimates, we determined the Chris had the best offer, product, and guarantee. After selecting Chris, the gutters were installed very quickly. Chris did an excellent job and we recommend his work. We like the seamless gutters, the leaf guard, color and price. Mike gave us a follow-up call to find out if we were pleased. We are happy to give this good report.

Description of Work: We called on Titan Siding and Windows after an extensive internet and Angies List search. Mike came to our home and and gave us a clear understanding of how the process of siding replacement would go. We never entertained another bid. Mike is very friendly, approachable and made us feel we were his only customer at the time (which of course we werent....but his "customer service" is the best). We live in a two story brick/siding home that needed siding replaced on the entire back, half way up the sides and just above the front of house garage. We also added a gutter on the back. With the Angies List 20% discount our final cost was $9497.00. We were bracing for anywhere between $11,000-$14,000. The work was amazing, professional and prompt. Mike was so helpful in assisting us with all of our siding and paint selections....and with his knowledge he gave us welcome suggestions with other home projects. Since completion we have had two neighbors stop by asking for information on Titan. Mike was apologetic to us feeling his paint crew wasn't tidying up enough....but we were not offended by them (I believe he has since changed to another paint crew). Also, one of our exhaust vents on the side of the home, (from a downstairs powder room), was occupied for years by birds/nesting. Titan went to great lengths to first create a tool long enough to extract the nexting (mustve been 10 feet of nesting in there) and then removed it all, before putting the new siding on and putting on new vent covers (that I purchased at Lowes). About two months after completion of project, Mike contacted us to see if we were still happy with work done. He said he always liked checking after a couple of rainy stretches. We give an A++ to Titan Siding and Windows.
