They were on time, organized and efficient. The whole project took a day and a half. Now we have great looking windows and the house is noticeably quieter.

It's an amazing conversion when you go from 35 year builders grade, single pane, aluminum windows most of which don't operate at all to new, solid vinyl, energy efficient, sound efficient,etc. windows. We know the old ones let in dust, sounds, heat, cold and UV. We're now living in the 21st century. I completely thank Titan Windows, Mike, Chris and Steve's terrific installation team for making it a pleasure rather than an expensive nightmare. Aug.2014: In March 2015 I got back with Mike at Titan because I had 3 front windows from 6 years ago by a different company which did not fair the winter. They sweated and you could feel cold wind blow right through them. We didn't make them part of the 2014 Titan project because we had been satisfied with them over the original windows they replaced. They were double-paned, aluminum windows. Mike was very fair about doing the three as a small job add-on to my original Titan job. I got the same great treatment, service and quality I got with the larger job. They were here and gone in under three hours. Our air conditioner/heater runs far less. The house is 95 percent quieter. Our electric and gas bills are less than they would have been. These windows are smooth sliding, solid product. Titan is a good company with ethics from the top down. They do what they promise when they promise to have it done.

They were fantastic! I had one of their salesmen come out to give me a bid in early December and then it took me a few weeks to complete the interviewing process and make a decision. We signed a contract in late December and I was told that the installation would probably be late January or early February. The installation was delayed by about a week due to the crazy Texas weather, but Titan kept in touch with me so that I would know when to expect them. I couldn't believe that they managed to replace all those windows in a day and a half. They sent a crew over on Friday morning and started working at about 10:30. I think there were 5 or 6 men on that crew and they managed to work their way around the house quickly and efficiently. They covered the floors inside and any nearby furniture so that no glass would damage anything and systematically replaced window after window. By the end of the day, all but four windows had been replaced. The next morning, they call came back, finished those four windows and then proceeded to clean up and do any masonry work so that they look as good outside as inside. The windows look great, work wonderfully and are just what I needed. I am immensely pleased and thrilled that the new windows should cut my heating and cooling needs by 25-33%.

Gutter has leaked since installation and still leaks in spite of return visits. Very disappointed!

1st Review: called to set up a bid on getting gutters installed. They said they could meet me next day at the house at 5-30. No show and no call. 2nd Review: Just got a call from Titan, what a true professional. Called to apologize for the mixup and he would be out to look at the house that day. A phone call can go a long way today, with so many business out there one can easily go somewhere else. Its nice that Titan cares enough to make things right.

They have been very professional and responsive with communication.They are service company not a marketing company. I was treated with respect and got all the details I needed to make my choice. I will include more information once the job is completed.

The are fast and professional. They were quite self sufficient they cleaned up after themselves. The owner is very prompt in returning calls. The pricing was mid range. They did everything I asked.

Titan is one of the best guys I've worked with. They are professional when quoting, no pricing gimmick. Straight with me how much they think they can replace with the roof. The are accommodating to my schedule when I get my check from insurance company, after I signed my contract. No pressure. The work was completed on time, on schedule, as promised, with guys that do work quickly, quietly, professionally. One of the gutter guy might have damaged the Christmas decoration of my neighbors. The neighbor called them up and they take care of it with professional courtesy. I'll use them again and recommend them to anybody I know.

Titan Siding was the best choice I've made in a long time. I had at least ten other companies bid on and talk to me about this job After lots of research and looking at all of the numbers Titan had the best reputation and the price was right in line with all the others. I liked the idea of not having to put down a deposit of 50%. It's a little scary fronting that much money before the project begins. You never know if they will even show up to do the job or finish it. Mike Conner , the owner worked us in before they intended to because of issues we had with a leak in one of the windows. The crew was at my front door at 7:30 the day the project began and stayed until dark. They were also here the next day just as early. The crew worked through lunch and never slowed their pace. I had some concerns about the weather but they made certain that everything was covered at night before they left. They were able to tare the old siding off and install the new in two days. They came back a few days later when the weather permitted and painted the new siding and had it finished in two days as well. Steve was great about being here as often as he could and Mike came by several times to talk to us and to make certain that there were no problems. Mike came back at the end of the project and inspected the job to make certain that it was up to his standards and ours. Initially we were just going to have the siding replaced but after seeing the quality of their work we decided to have them install new gutters on the front and back of the house. They completed the job in less than a day. Mike and his team are all about the customer and the quality of their work. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. This has been the best experience I have had with any home project and believe me I have had plenty. There are lots of shady companies out there

I sent an email requesting information about getting leaks to my metal roof fixed. Mike called within 30 minutes of me sending the email. He listened to details of my issues and informed me that his company doesn't work on metal roof. He then gave me the names of 3 other companies that do work on metal roofs.

Very happy with installation and windows Titan provided to our home. Job done in one day and crew did great job. Mike the owner and Chris the sales rep both came by to check on the work and ask about any problems or concerns we had. We are still waiting to have the city inspector sign off on the work but Mike has assured me they will make it right if inspector has concerns. Overall very happy with their product and installation. I would recomend them to anyone.

The crew showed up early in the mornings and kept at it until shortly before dark every day until the job was done. They were pretty diligent about keeping the mess to a minimum with a reasonably thorough clean-up at the end of each day and a very thorough clean-up at the end of the whole job. The installation process itself went quickly and smoothly. The whole team was very communicative, didn't hesitate to engage me when questions arose and kept me well informed about what was happening and were all quite willing to field my parade of questions throughout the whole process. I was very nervous about the whole idea of re-siding my house and now that it's done, I'm very happy with the results, and am very favorably impressed with the whole team. I also believe that the price was very competitive given the extent of the work that was done.

I called Mike Connors (Titan Siding, Windows and Exteriors) because of the excellent reviews and ratings on Angie's List, and also because of his own representation of his approach to contracting. I wanted good quality, timely work, and professionalism, and that's exactly what I got. Chris Sears, who performed the work, came out and gave me an estimate on a Friday, within a day or two of my original call. The next Tuesday he returned and removed some old and worn out vinyl gutters from part of the house and installed the new aluminum gutters. I told him I was planning to add some rain harvesting barrels but hadn't got them yet, and he said he would return and connect the downspouts to the rain barrels when I got them. A couple of weeks later I got the rain barrels and gave Chris a call. True to his word, he returned and connected the downspouts and did a very nice job. I thought the price was reasonable for the quality of the gutters and the work performed. I could not have asked for a more professional attitude from either Mike Connors or Chris Sears. I would definitely recommend Mike Connors to anyone needing exterior work on a house, and I will certainly go back to Titan Siding, Windows and Exteriors if I want any other work done in the future. This is exactly the kind of professional I was looking for on Angie's List.

We are still in the process of purchasing the home but intend to use Titan once we do.

This is an outstanding service company with top notch personnel, from owner to foremen to professional work crews. Chris Harris came out for the estimate and completed a walk around of measurements and answered questions about the entire proposed project. Titan was not the lowest bidder nor the highest but very reasonable. Owner Mike Connors followed up each day with personal visits, emails, and phone calls to ensure everything was progressing as it should and to answer any ongoing questions we had. Each crew and its respective foremen showed up on time when they said they would each day, working until late. Windows were removed and replaced in one day with a crew of at least six plus foreman getting right at it from the beginning. They were very courteous and respective of our living space during their time at our house. Next day, the siding crew and their foreman came for 2.5 days and removed all old siding and wrap, repaired a rotted window trim board, repaired a water damaged chimney enclosure, and wrapped the house with Hardie wrap,siding, and fascia. Caulked all windows and needed spaces all around the house. The rains came the next day, so gutter work was delayed until things dried out. The owner kept us apprised of when we could expect the next work to resume. Gutter man came out and installed all new gutters in about an hour. Mike Connors came out several times during the course of the project andfor final inspection, answered questions, and had a few punch out items which were promptly resolved. Mike is personable, knowledgeable, and makes sure the customer is completely satisfied with every aspect of the project. This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. We are very glad we chose Titan Siding and Windows and will not hesitate to call upon them again should the need arise.

The installation was completed over the course of 2 days back in early July. Chris, the installer arrived on time on every occasion we had scheduled him to be out at our location, including submitting the bid, the actual installation and the minimal follow-up work. During the bid, Chris explained everything in detail regarding how the job would be performed and took our input into consideration regarding any special drainage concerns we raised. Mike Conners, the President and owner came out to see how things were progressing during installation. Both were very friendly, most knowledgeable and professional. With the drought conditions in our area, any "testing" of the gutters had to wait until some significant rainfall occurred. This finally happened in late September/early October. The good rains did show some areas where leaking occurred, particularly in some of the seams where corners came together. We contacted Mike who arranged for Chris to come back out, confer with us and set up a date and time to correct the areas in question. This was done and the subsequent and substantial rainfall that occurred after the rework proved that everything was performing as designed. Titan went the extra mile to ensure that we were completely satisfied with all aspects of the job and we couldn't be more happier with the way everything went.

Over all the work went great. There were a few small glitches, but Mike worked hard to remedy all of them. The work was done in a professional and speedy manner. The only downside was that some of the younger workers were messy, leaving the remains of their lunch lying around after work on several days. Many of the workers spoke no or little English, but the supervisors were attentive. The end result is that our house looks marvelous.

We called and scheduled an appointment to have someone come out and give us a quote. They did not show up, didn't call, and we haven't heard from them since.

I was asked to get bids for both siding and painting for our church which is in the Hyde Park area of Austin. As the church is over 100 years old, it was important to our members that the exterior be beautified but not changed. I met with and received several bids from siding and painting contractors. The cost was a concern to us as we had limited funds for the project. After careful consideration and review of all bids, we decided that it would be best to replace the siding on the buildings with Hardie board and then to paint the new siding. We chose Mike Connors with Titan Siding because his bid was fair and very detailed. He was also willing to work with us to give us the best deal possible. Our church is often used for weddings and Mike was willing to schedule the work around our wedding calendar. When the work began, the crews showed up early in the morning and worked until late afternoon for several days. Mike and Steve, his on site manager, addressed any concerns that we had both before and during the work process. The site was thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day. Mike kept in daily contact which was appreciated. Once the work was completed, we did a final walk through with Mike. He made a list of some minor areas of touch up that needed to be done and sent his guys to complete the punch list the following work day. Unlike other contractors, he didn?t ask for any payment until the job was completely finished to our satisfaction. I can?t say enough good things about Mike and his crews. They were professional, easy to get in touch with and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them and if ever I needed work done in another location, Mike would be the first person I would call.

I was originally only going to paint the part of my house that was wood siding (about 25%), but when I got painting estimates for the siding and the trim, I realized what bad shape the siding was in. I called Titan for an estimate for both the siding and painting the trim and Chris came out to take a look. Chris was prompt, thorough and professional. I received the estimate in very timely fashion - faster than I had received them from painters who had come prior to Titan. I felt the estimate was detailed and fair. Because of Chris' professionalism, clear knowledge and experience, along with excellent reviews of Titan on Angie's list and other media, I decided to hire them. They explained the time frame given for starting the project, given their schedule and I was fine with waiting till the end of August for them to start. Chris returned a few days later with siding samples and discussed the options for the project and we went over the specifics and the details. He said that his colleague Steve would set up a time with me to come and do a more detailed measurement to order the materials and he did so soon after that. As it turned out, I received a call from Mike Connors, the owner, sooner than I had expected, saying that they could start the job earlier. They were efficient and clean in the demo process, as well as, in installing the siding and prepping and painting the trim. Each evening they left a clean job site, which I think is a hallmark of a very professional contractor. Each day, even on Saturday, Mike, came out to inspect the progress and quality. Each step in the process, Mike was in touch to provide updates and ensure my satisfaction. Overall, I am so pleased with both the result and the experience. Appreciated that the person bidding the job was the person to do the work. Definitely added to the credibility of what was promised and the work was performed exactly as promised. Even repaired one of the pre-existing gutters at no additional charge. Gutters have been tested quite well with some of the earlier intense storms; working well. Recommended provider.

We set up an appointment to meet with Mike Conners, the owner of Titan, and he was punctual professional and polite. He made recommendations for the work to be done based on what was needed based on the condition of the house. He did not attempt to sell unnecessary services. Through the negotiation process I added some elements to the work and we worked out a very reasonable deal. On the day the work was to begin, a crew showed up promptly at 8:00 am. I gave them instructions on some of the items that I had a particular concern about and the crew leaders took it from there. By the time I left at 8:45 or so, they had already accomplished quite a bit of demolition. When I returned home that evening I was amazed at how much the crew had accomplished. The house was wrapped, the most complicated side of the house was sided and THEY WERE STILL WORKING. It was about 8:15 p.m. when the guys finally packed their things and left for the day. If you have ever experienced the frustration of hiring contractors who tell you things like "we're leaving early to beat the traffic" when very little progress has been made on your job, you should tell them that Titan's crew also avoids the traffic - they just work past rush-hour until most people are home watching primetime T.V. Each day was pretty much the same experience. They put in a lot of effort to complete the project efficiently and with a high degree of quality. Mike and Steve (Titan's project manager) were very detail oriented and concerned that I was happy with every aspect of the work. When the job was completed, I was very satisfied with the performance of Titan and felt like they earned every cent of the contract. They provided great customer service, worked hard, and produced a great result. One more thing. Having a hard working on-site foreman is the key to a successful project and I would just say that Titan's onsite foreman, Romaldo, did a terrific job and was very helpful throughout the project.
