The job was hampered by some rainy days, as well as shutters that proved to be beyond saving. There was a small mix-up on paint colors. None of these were true problems, they were merely issues to be addressed. Mike and his foreman, Steve, were on top of every issue as it occurred. They were unfailingly polite and professional. Their crew did such a good job that we continue to wander outside just to admire their handiwork. All the work was done in as timely a manner as the wet weather permitted. Both Mike and Steve kept us apprised by phone and in person multiple times during each day of the job. Even better, they always would promptly answer their phones when I would call them. Their work crew did a great job on the house, and cleaned up everything. This type of work is very messy, yet by the completion of the project there was no trace of messiness left behind on our property. Most impressive is that Mike gave us a considerable discount to put up new shutters when we realized, after the fact, that repainting the old shutters was not going to make them look better. This local business does not disappoint! I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I met with Mike and we discussed the details. The house was being sold and had a "Pending" contract so the time requirements were very short. I received quotes from two other roofers and Mikes quote was very competitive. We decided on the requirements and type of shingles for the roof. He chose the color to match the others in the neighborhood and that turned out to be important for the HOA approval. His crew arrived on the day of the job and had it completed the next day. The work was great, the process was great and the house sold and passed inspection without an issue. Mike was pleasant to work with, understood all parts of the process and I would definitely use them again.

Titan installed a whopping 36 Simonton windows at my house and did an excellent job. I researched several companies before doing this including Anderson, Pella, Champion, Home Depot, Lowes and a couple of others and Titan was not only the least expensive, they offered more choices. As they are an independent dealer, they are able to install any window and when I asked Mike to give me the best bang for the buck, that's what he delivered. As it happened, he was going to install Viewpoint windows except for a couple of larger ones in our living room in a size they don't make. Mike was able to swing a deal for us to upgrade the entire house to a higher grade Simonton window for about $1500 more so all the windows are the same manufacturer and better as well. I highly recommend them.

Mike's crew arrived on time and completed the job in 2 days. Everything was done very professionally from Chris's 1st visit with the measurements and the estimate to the finished product. I would recommend Titan to anyone wanting window replacements.

We began looking at replacement windows in January, 2015. We wanted a good, argon filled, insulated windows like Simonton, and after talking to representatives of three big box stores, we decided they were not up to the job. Angie's List provided the names of some companies in our area, and we picked Titan to provide a quote based on their reviews. A number of the windows have an arch at the top. Therein lies the problem. When windows are first measured by the salesman, it is for purposes of providing a quote. When a contract is signed, the company sends out another person to precisely measure the windows so they can be built to exact specifications. One window in the front of the house had an arch that measured 23 1/2 inches by some salesmen, and 23 1/4 inches by others. While this may not seem important, we learned that 23 1/2 inches is the smallest window available from a high-end brand. At this point, about March 1, Mike Connors entered the picture. After some measuring and re-measuring, Titan confirmed that the opening for this one arch was indeed 23 1/4 inches. Mike researched the problem and found there was a company in Houston that was capable of bending the plastic window frame to that tight a diameter, and he recommended we get the arch from them. But since this was at the front of the house, and we did not want to have two different brands of windows facing the street, and that meant getting all the front windows from Houston. In the meantime, we had settled on Simonton for the back and side windows. We signed a contract on March 27. We had the Simonton windows installed in April. The Houston window company does not ship to Austin, only San Antonio, so the windows had to be off-loaded from one truck, loaded on another truck and driven to Austin. Mike and his crew had to wrangle this process and it was a logistics nightmare. Somewhere along the line, a window was broken. Mike gave us the option of installing the remaining Houston windows and wait on the last one to come and we decided to wait until all the windows were in. By now, it was the end of April. Titan reordered the broken window, which had to go into the usual 6-weeks queue. The window was shipped to San Antonio at the end of May, and guess what. It arrived broken. At this point Mike and I had each other on speed dial. He again reordered the window and managed to get it shipped directly to his warehouse. It arrived intact in early July and installation for all front windows took place on July 17. Finally, all the windows are in, and they look great. I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his installation crews. The crews, in particular, were efficient, cleaned up, including vacuuming, as they went, did not track dust throughout the house and got along with each other. Usually, a saga like this would have me highly annoyed. But Mike kept us informed at regular intervals, and the experience was nearly painless. Thanks, Mike.

The job with the siding was really a major home improvement. Mr. Connors met with us to discuss the detail of the job, cost and time frame. The job was worked with a large crew of workers and completed on time. We are very happy with the results on this work and so felt we would contact him again with other home repairs issues where he could make recommendations. About 1 year later, January 2015, we phoned Mike Connors about a problem we were having with our roof, which was a product of poor quality & workmanship by another vendor and he arranged for Chris to come and take a look at it. Chris, one of the employees with Titan, solved our roof issue quickly and under acceptable terms. Problem solved, again!

Our windows were the originals in a 35+ year old house and it showed. They were embarrassing! After getting an astronomical quote from another company (as well as a rather high pressured sales pitch), we contacted Titan. Lamar was the rep who came to measure and explain our options, and he was very informative and easy going (no pressure). We liked the quote he provided and we wound up signing a contract. The windows came in quicker than expected, installation took only a day and everything was cleaned up nicely. When I was able to inspect the work in the light the Saturday after the install, I found some material on a few windows that I could not remove with window cleaner, so Mike promptly came back and took care of it. At that time, he noticed a defect in one of the windows that I had not seen and immediately ordered a replacement, which arrived in a few days. All in all, Titan proved to be responsive, efficient, affordable and pleasant. I love my new windows and look forward to working with Titan again when we?re ready to replace the windows upstairs. One note I'd like to make (and it is NOT a ding against Titan) is if there is any chance you have rotted wood that may need to be replaced (Titan does it as necessary as part of the job), you should be prepared to have someone follow up after to caulk and paint the affected area(s).

I contacted Mike Connors by telephone and scheduled a time that we could get an estimate. Mike asked a series of questions so he would have a good idea of what our needs and expectations were. We agreed on a date and time and Chris arrive on the agreed time to walk thru the house to gather measurements and what our expectations were. We shared our ideas and discussed why we wanted to replace the windows (fogging, air infiltration, difficult to wash) and the window opening reconfiguration look we wanted. Chris was very knowledgeable and repeated what we were discribing to be sure we were communicating what we wanted the final product to look like. Chris demostrated multiple brands of windows and we discussed what would best fit our expectations. We decided on the Simonton brand and Chris responded within 24 hours with a qoute. We decided to go forward with the project and within three weeks we were scheduled for the window replacement. The installation was scheduled and the crew arrived on time. Very professional / experienced installers! David and Eric immediately went to work removing old windows, installing the new window, clean up the work area and move on to the next window - GREAT JOB!! I have some experience with remodeling and can tell you these guys know what they are doing. Entire job took a little over two days. VERY VERY HAPPY with the results!

Great response on first and all inquiries. Chris is helpful and very knowledgable. He shared options and samples and came back for follow up when we were selecting final bid. Mike, the owner, also good on follow up. He and his team found touch up issues and followed through on all queries. Good work. Bushes were a bit beaten up....guess that's bound to happen. Gutter guys didn't come to finish painting screws and mike followed up immediately once we let him know. Even gutter guys called to say they'd be back when paint didn't match the first time. Thorough and I recommend them. Not the cheapest and that's ok as you get what you pay for.

Titan was very responsive in coming to our home (twice) to go over our projects. The "walk-through" of the work to be done was very thorough, never rushed. The representative was very knowledgeable and was able to not only answer all our questions but offered lots of great suggestions. At the end of the day, for various reasons, we did not use Titan, however, that will not stop us from seeking future help from them if we should need their services

There were some days with rain delay, but the workers came out even in the cold, and got the work completed. I appreciate all their hard work, and the after pic of the house is just a loss of words. These guys were amazing - showed up on time and did great work - the windows look amazing. They totally cleaned up after themselves. The salesman came to the house prepared and was a window expert - he had some very good ideas that we incorporated into our purchase. There was no hard sell which was so appreciated. The owner is very customer oriented and stopped by after both projects to make sure everything was perfect. I have already given Titan business cards to 2 of my co-workers who need windows in the near future.

This is our second time to use Titan, Mike Connors and his staff. Titan first replaced the siding on our 20+ year old home in 2012. Our most recent hiring was to replace all the windows (18) on our two story home. Mike went to great lengths to accommodate us and what we were looking for regarding the windows. Titan is exceptional in professionalism, punctuality, quality of work and friendliness. Mike is a man of his word and can be counted on. Even after the order is placed and his team arrives to do the demo and install, he is diligent to come by often to make sure everything is going exactly as it should....right down to fingerprint smudges, etc removed before he feels the job is complete. It took two days to complete the window install, with a crew of 3-4 men, but the crew was mindful to cleanup after themselves as they worked. I would go as far as to say Mike is a stickler about keeping the work area picked up. Not only do the new windows keep our home cooler, but it added SO much its overall appearance! Great decision to go with Titan again. *Before one of our large windows was replaced, it had leaked and caused water damage. This particular window was over a window seat, and the wood on the seat was warped. Mike's crew removed and replaced that section of the window seat easily with only the cost of the replaced wood + $100 in labor. Had I called a handyman to come do the work, I would've had estimate fees + materials. We felt that was a customer friendly price for the work done.

The Rep was on time and very professional. He explained some of the challenges we may have based on the age of the house and the size of some of the windows. He only showed us one window manufacturer which they install on the majority of the houses. I would have liked to be able to choose from a variety of manufacturers. The price was comparable to another quote we received, but we decided to go with the other company who offered us more choices.

It went great! The windows are beautiful and the installers did an awesome job. The owner even came to the house and personally checked each window to make sure it was working properly and I was satisfied.

Thanks to all the other great reviews about Titan Siding, they were the only company I called and received a quote from. Chris came out to review the current state of things give a quote and gave suggestions on colors when I asked for some help. The price was fair and I signed up right away to get things started. Work was prompt and Mike (the owner) and Steve were always in contact and around to review the job. Getting in touch with them was easy and the job professional. The only issue I have had is that had to contact them to come out and fix a leak in the gutter - but response was prompt and without hassle. The new siding, paint and gutters look amazing! I have had many compliments about how great the house looks and the paint colors Chris recommended. In a few years, it will be time to have some windows updated and I will call Titan to get it done. Happy to recommend them and I am another satisfied customer. Thanks guys.

Our impression was good, they are very knowledgeable. He gave us information, he had samples, showed us. They seemed fine but there was nothing outstanding either way, good or bad. They were giving me information and they seemed knowledgeable.

perfect! Lamar came out to provide the bid. Steve and crew removed the old siding while allowing me to add much needed insulation with a blower to parts of the house which had none. I provided extra rolls of insulation and insulation board which they used in other areas needing repair. It was important to have this available to let them continue on schedule. Steve' s crew went the extra mile so I gave them each a tip as well. The painter finished things off nicely. Steve added cement to areas I felt could use it. A slightly additional cost but worth it. Mike, the owner, came out several times during the job to make sure I, and my wife, were happy. We were and still are!

Their quality of work exceeded our expectations. The work was completed on time and looks fantastic. Mike was on site every day to ensure everything was going smoothly. They kept us well informed throughout the process. Steve is awesome and ensured each detail was attended to and as close to perfect as possible. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the company. I highly recommend them.

I called them to get 3 windows replaced and they refused to even bid it.

I contacted Titan several months ago with an initial inquiry. Lamar Laing came out and took measurements and discussed siding options with me. Originally we had discussed sheet siding. Lakeway no longer permits this siding option so we went with the 8 inch siding. Lamar's siding estimate was within the range of what I expected in terms of price. I was given a healthy discount because I found Titan on Angie's List. Much of the siding that was replaced was on the second story. Did I mention that the home has a tile roof! The biggest challenge of this entire project was coordinating with the roofer and mother nature. I might add the roofers were great as well. I will review Austin Quality Roofing in another section. Four to 6 feet of tile were removed on the second story so that the original siding could be removed. Once the siding was off the Titan crew nailed OSB to the studs and, subsequently, covered with OSB with a weatherproofing material. After the inspector approved this step the siding went on. The installation was fastidious. I kid you not I saw the installers using levels. Every aspect of this job was done by the book. I can't say enough about Mike Connors and everyone affiliated with Titan Siding. Mike was here from day one and responded immediately to any and all concerns. Fortunately we got the roof off, the siding on, and the roof replaced before the big rain storm that followed. My home looks magnificent. There is not doubt in my mind that my $15k investment will easily be recovered off and when the home is sold. Have no doubt if you need a job done Titan will do it right.

The price was reasonable, not the cheapest but certainly not the highest and certainly the best quality. For the French doors, it was about $7000 and most of it was the cost of the door itself, not a lot of labor. The windows were about $6500 and that was vinyl windows for the entire house.
