The owner of the company was very rude to me. He called me back weeks later, and I initially called me, and was rude to me again. I told him that I did not want to do business with him.

Titan replaced a leaky window and performed some vinyl siding repair work for me. The window replacement was very straightforward and the final product looked good. Titan doesn't usually do vinyl siding, but he subcontracted it to someone that did do the work and did a nice job on the repairs. I had previously bid the repairs and Titan gave me the best price. The main representative was a really nice and responsive. He was fairly knowledgeable, but he was not the one who did the repairs. They were punctual to appointments, but it took them two months to finally complete the work due to not ordering items immediately (window took over a week to order and 2 weeks to arrive) and then they assumed the siding was readily available and finally special ordered it ( another 2 week lead) after the window had arrived. I wasn't too pushy on the project, so if you want your work completed in a timely fashion, stay on them and it may get done sooner. The main guy apologized and said the delay on my project was very unusual, they try to be more responsive. His subcontractors caused the order delays. Overall they were nice to work with and their price was very fair for the work they did. I would use them again.

Every window in our home was falling apart and we were worried about finding a company that would install a quality window without having to pay a ridiculous amount. We had several quotes with prices with huge variences. Some of the companies put pressure on us to sign a contract right then and others just simply seemed to disappear. Mike Connors came out and took the time to listen to our concerns and needs, showed us several options and explained the differences in quality, construction and pricing. We felt very comfortable that he wasn't pressuring us or trying to up-sell us. We gave him the contract. Mike and his crew came out to take measurements and place the order. We have one window that had to be custom made due to its unusual size and shape but Mike was able to find a manufacturer to do the job without costing an arm and leg. Installation went very quickly initially with most of the windows done in 2 days. We had to wait longer for the custom window. No big deal. The crew was great, very friendly, professional and courteous at all time, I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Mike came by a few times to check in on the job and make sure everything was going as planned. Finished product is great, we love our new windows. I highly recommend Titan.

Overall the experience was good. I had four estimates and with the 20% discount this estimate was in the middle. Mike Connors described himself as a minimalist meaning that he would do any work I wanted but he would always ask why to see if there was a more economical way to do it. Another company just gave me the estimate but Mike explained why the extra cost would not improve on the energy savings I wanted versus doing something smaller to accomplish the same results. They use 2 work crews - one for the siding installation and one for the painting. Both crews were professional and cleaned up afterward.

I would recommend Titan to anyone who needs exterior renovations to their home. They were very professional, timely, and had a high standard for their work products. We have worked with many contractors during the renovation process of our house and Titan's service was superior to all other contractors. We were very impressed with their sales process (they give you the best deal they can up front), the timeliness and professionalism of their installation crews and finally we were impressed with their follow-through. The owner, Mike Connors, made sure he was onsite to ensure quality control of the crews working on each of our projects. I highly recommend Titan and their crews.

He was great start to finish; and finished on time. He gave me a detailed contract; which was the only one measuring before I signed the contract. He was great about sitting down and giving details, and going over what it was I was looking for. His contract was much more detailed than others, and clearly stated important information including warranty information. His workers were great too!
