Titan Siding - Mike Connors and team Remove my original plywood and Masonite siding and replaced it with new color finished Hardie siding and trim, they also added gutters to my entire house, and color matched and painted the overhangs and fascia.

I live in an older home located in an historic neighborhood. I had a bad paint job about 7 years ago that created wood rot all over my house. As a result, I needed to replace all the siding and trim. I wanted to preserve the historic appearance if the house. I also wanted to improve the appearance by extending the porch in the front. Mike helped me find the right solution, a beaded board from James Hardie with some work to recreate the window and door trim using Hardie trim. Once we were able to navigate the requirements of the city and neighborhood historic organization and the project went very quickly. I had already found a window vendor I liked for aluminum clad wood windows, and Mike agreed to install these windows for me. It required him to work with this third party and have his installers train with this window vendor. After some past experience with a bad paint job that did serious damage to my house and a roof that cost top dollar but looked very sloppy and amateurish, I had many questions for Mike about this project. He was always available to answer questions and discuss different solutions. Every team that Mike brought in were the best I've seen. Their work was professional, and they never failed to address any issue or concern with a positive attitude . Although I spent more money on this project than I have ever spent, it felt great because the results were just amazing. I kept Mike's sign in front of my house for months because I think they did a great job, and my friends and neighbors all agree.

I used Titan on another house, and it was a no brainer to use them again. Professional, quick, responsive, and affordable as always, and they are very easy to work with and truly pride themselves in their work.

Overall went great from estimate to siding, to painting. Mike was very attentive and in constant communication throughout the job.

Our home's 26 year old siding was deteriorating and showing signs of water damage in several areas. Mike Connors came out in June and provided an estimate. We delayed the timing of the job by a couple of months due to other matters on our end. Mike was very patient. When we decided to move ahead with the job, Mike and his crews moved swiftly to begin the work. It was amazing to watch as one crew finished up and another crew moved in for the next phase. They finished the work in 2 days! Each crew was courteous, quiet, clean, and patient with us as we surveyed the work up close. Mike and his foreman, Kevin, made every effort to make sure we were satisfied with the work, and we were indeed satisfied. Titan is a company that I would use again and recommend to friends and neighbors.

We have now hired Titan to 5 projects for us on our two houses. Over the past 3 years they have replaced our windows, siding, gutters, roofs, and gutter screens. They continue to provide exceptional service at very reasonable prices. My experience with Titan was terrific. From first contact with Mike Conner, I was quickly able to schedule a quote. As I waited for some tree work to get completed, Mike made follow up calls to get the job scheduled which I appreciated and showed good customer service and follow-up. The first work of installing the roof ridge vent was completed professionally, quickly and the final result looks very nice.The vent helps to keep the attic much cooler, which should lead to lower A/C bills. The next day the siding crew began removing all the old rotted wood siding from the house, which was done quickly and all the waste was hauled away by them in their own trailer dumpster. All the exposed walls were then covered with Hardiwrap weather barrier and all joints and windows and doors had z flashing or water deflectors to prevent water from getting behind the new siding. The siding involved included 2 story heights on the sides of the home as well as 3 small dormers, 1 large dormer, an encased chimney, and an all siding enclosed sunroom in the rear. There were many angles with lots of cuts required. Despite the complexity of the job, they were able to get it done in just a few days and even put in work over the weekend to get the job done quicker. Even my next door neighbors says the siding looks terrific and with it being hardie I don't need to worry as much about water damage and wood rott. Where needed, new trim was installed and there were areas of wood rott around the garage door and several windows that was cut out, replaced, and encased in hardie trim. The siding crew did a good job cleaning up. The gutter installer then installed new gutters on back of house, front and back of garage, and a new downspout that was needed on front of the house. The gutters look and work great. The painter then came to caulk and pressure wash the areas to be painted. He then painted all the new siding 1 color and the new trim and old trim, soffits, garage door, and doors a 2nd color. Everything was painted with a fresh coat except for the brick walls. The entire huge job was done in 6 days (ridge vent, siding removal, siding install, gutters and painting). Since I live in Georgetown, Titan's workers drove up from Austin each day to do the work and Mike made several trips up to make sure all was going well. There was even several days during the job that I had to be out of town and my wife had to work, but Mike and the crew were very professional and able to get the job done and keep communication open with us. The crew even uncovered a wasp nest behind some of the siding but dealt with the situation and got the job done. I was very surprised to see such a big job get done so smoothly. I am thankful to Mike Conner and his crews for making my house much better looking and more weather resistant. I would definitely use Titan Siding again or recommend them to a friend.

This is how home improvement projects should be done. From the initial contact until making the final payment, this was a highly professional and hassle-free endeavor. Mike Connors runs a exemplary business: he listened, made recommendations based on what I requested, offered much appreciated recommendations and then delivered as promised. Crews were expertly supervised, highly skilled and extremely efficient. Mike and his supervisors were meticulous about making everything right: manufacturing flaw on one of the windows, a replacement was ordered immediately; screen wasn't closing properly, Mike called the rep who arrived the next morning to troubleshoot. Mike's pricing was competitive, but with his value-added service, I felt like got much more for my investment.

I thought our experience with Titan Siding, Windows, and Exteriors was great. The owner of the company came by almost daily and he had a project manager who would also come by. That way if something happened it was taken care of quickly.

Mike Conners is so good with communication in person, online and on the phone. He is not pushy, gives options and we really appreciate doing business with him so far. We are really hoping to hire him for our project because he is very knowledgeable.

My house has been suffering a long time from neglect. I have been scammed in the past and I did not trust anyone to take care of what I needed and not try to con me in some way. Finally I could wait no longer. I reviewed Angie's list for roofing and siding companies and called several for estimates. Fortunately Titan was one of those companies. Mike Conners is the owner of Titan and he was very personable. He took a lot of time and explained my options and offered me estimates for each option. I talked to 4 other contractors and Mike was the best in every way. Others did not return calls, answer questions or spend any time talking to me about what I wanted and could afford. Mike's crew started the job when he said they would and completed it exactly as he told me. My new roof is beautiful and all the rotten trim is replaced. My house looks great. My neighbors down the street saw his good work and hired him to replace their windows. His crew came to their house and replaced all their windows in 4 hours. If you need work done on the outside of your house call at least 4 contractors and make Titan one of them. You will know right away that Mike Connors is different. He is honest, straight forward, hard working and personable. He gets the job done right even if he has to do it himself. I am very grateful I found him and will call him when I save enough money to get my siding replaced.

Mike Connors with Titan came to our home and we discussed different styles and brands of windows and patio doors. He also brought samples to look at. Our challenge was deciding which styles and materials blended best with the existing windows. After his visit, we contacted other window companies to look at their products and get estimates. Now, armed with more information and with a clearer idea of what we wanted, Mike visited again to show us more samples and he gave us an estimate. We chose Viewpoint windows and a Neuma sliding door with a retractable screen. The installers came on the appointed day and took out the old windows and patio door. Mike Connors was also in attendance. They covered the furniture and put down drop clothes before starting. They had to adjust the window openings to accommodate the new windows. After the installation they caulked around the windows and door. They sprayed insulation above the door and put new trim around the sliding door, inside and out. And they cleaned the windows and work area well.

My experience with Titan went very well. Mike Connors was very prompt and professional from the first meeting when I was just starting to get estimates all of the way through to completion. I had 7 different companies to give me estimates on either the windows the siding or both. Titan had really competitive quotes compared with the other guys and had a level of professionalism that made me feel comfortable working with them. After having selected them, they were able to get my windows on order promptly. When the windows came in, they were installed in a single day with a high level of quality. The siding went up in the next 3 days. They did an excellent job with both. All in all, it was a very easy project from my point of view. Mike was able to walk me through the process and produced fantastic results in the end. I would gladly recommend them to anyone buying siding and/or windows.

Mike Connor's came out and measured and sat down and showed me samples of Hardie products and Told me exactly what would be replaced and painted and refinished , Quote was right on . his Crews where on time, professional and worked all day. It took actually 2 days less than estimated. total of 2.5 days , Mike himself came out to walk through at end and put tiny finishing touches on himself. His painting crew was also professional and a fine job on refinishing door, William did that work.I will definitely use them again for any additional work we need on exterior and deck work if needed

I just got my windows installed today and I am thrilled with Titan and my new windows. I got quotes from four companies since this was a fairly major expense to me. They all sent a knowledgeable person with good products, but there were a number of reasons I selected Titan. First of all, Titan had done some work for a neighbor and they were very pleased with the price and quality. I'm always somewhat suspect when I see "A" ratings across the board, as I've given Titan, but I honestly feel they earned that rating. Mike also gave me the best price, by far. He really understood my need to find the right balance between cost and quality. I wanted good quality windows, but my house isn?t a mansion that required something really high end or fancy. Some of the other companies insisted that I needed top of the line (and top cost) windows that were really overkill for my needs. I wanted good quality, double hung windows that were energy efficient. Mike understood that and while he showed me all my options, he didn?t make me feel bad for not wanting to pay for top of the line products that had features I didn?t need. He told me and showed me the pros and cons of each option and allowed me to decide. As a result I have excellent windows that I can afford. My original builder-installed windows had a number of problems after only 12 years so warranty was important. My new vinyl windows look great and they have a lifetime warranty, even for accidental breakage. Even better, if I have any issues Mike said to call Titan first. They will come out to determine whether it?s an install issue that he can fix versus a manufacturer?s warranty issue. If it?s a manufacturer issue, Mike even said they?d help me deal with the manufacturer, which is great. I?ve dealt with manufacturer warranties before and that can be tough to navigate without expert help. His measuring guy, Steve, and the entire install team were fabulous. They reassured me the whole time, were very professional and worked hard to get the job done quickly and well. Though my job was fairly small compared to many they do, he sent a large crew to get the job done fast. They even removed and reinstalled all my window blinds and draperies at no extra cost. Some other companies I talked to wanted to charge me extra for that. Mike?s guys used nice, thick drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up beautifully before they left. They even cleaned the windows to the point where it almost looked like I had no glass between inside and outside. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, helpful and professional and I highly recommend this company!!

The owner of Titan came out to talk with us about doing work on our house in Round Rock and a rental in Temple. He came on our schedule and spent a lot of time explaining all of the different things we should know about siding, windows, roofs and gutters. He was extremely professional, educational, courteous and down to earth. He explained things in such a way that I completely understood what we could and should expect from someone doing this type of work. We did not go with Titan on the project in Temple due to cost constraints but when I do replace my windows in my Round Rock home I will be using Titan. The cost for the windows was approximately HALF of what the competitor was offering and Titan was using quality low E windows as opposed to storm windows from the other company. I can trust in what he tells me because I've done my research and his feedback is in line with my research. As a side note * I did not even have to ask to see his insurance coverage, he had it readily available and presented it without request. That's valuable.

Mike was very professional and great to work with, and my new windows are beautiful. I am always afraid that since I live in Georgetown, TX, that it will be difficult to schedule appointments. Not so with Titan: Mike and I spoke at length over the phone to get an idea of what types of windows I wanted, and then he was able to come out within a few days to show me the samples and really discuss what I wanted. I appreciated that he was able to take my specific budget and work within that, never pushing me to go out of my budget. The window installers were very professional and Mike was there for part of the installation to make sure all was going well. I had also ordered the top of the line wooden frame windows for the bedroom, which require staining after installation. This was no easy task, as it has to be done in a few stages. But that was accomplished in a timely manner as well, and Mike made sure the staining color and look was exactly what I wanted. Overall, an excellent experience, and I am already planning for them to handle the window replacement of the other half of my home!

Wonderful experience! Very quick, efficient, professional, and honest! I was very impressed with how quickly the crew got in there and made everything right. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty by fixing a mistake with the trim paint, and he kept me in the loop the entire time and made great suggestions for keeping the project within budget. He included all the things that I wanted that would have been "extra" for other bids, and at no point did I feel uncomfortable with the work I hired him to do. I would definitely hire him again to do exterior work.

Received estimate from business owner. Estimate was fair and helped me save money by pointing out that some of work I was quoted on other estimates were really not necessary and by saving here I could better use it for additional siding or windows if I choose to do so. Owner and crew showed up on specified date and checked in several times during the process of project. I pointed out two areas that I felt needed attention and it was corrected immediately. Work was done in a timely and professional manner. At this time, I only needed the chimney siding replaced but plan on using Titan again for future siding replacement.

The best service ever!! Mike Connors, the owner of Titan Siding and his window installation crew are absolutely fantastic! I have had bad experiences with contractors before, obviously, because I was simply blown away by how professional, knowledgeable and efficient all of these guys are! I only wish everyone else worked like that. Mike was very prompt on giving me quotes, answering my questions and simply being there all the way and all the time owning this project at every single step of it and making sure I am getting exactly what I want. His installation crew was fantastic. They did an excellent job and did it in one day! Not did they just do their job well, they cared so much about our house and furniture that they covered everything in drop cloth and made sure no one touched anything by accident to avoid any damages of any property. The windows were installed smoothly and it was a pleasure to watch these guys work. The process is every organized and everyone was busy doing exactly what they should be doing and they all smiled and joked in the process! They simply love what they do and they care greatly about you, the customer. What a pleasure it was to see that for a change! They kept everything clean during the project ( continuously sweeping the patio and picking up trash) and after. It looked like nothing ever happened and the whole experience to my relief was simply great. Titan Siding is and will be my go-to place for anything I ever need in their area of expertise. I will not hesitate for a second to do more windows with them, or even siding and roofing. They set the standard for the industry! I have already showed my windows to my neighbors and friends and they love them. I highly recommend Mike and his crew.

The company made two trips. On the first trip they were to replace 9 windows,but only replaced 7 because they discovered that two windows received were the wrong size and couldn't be installed. Unfortunately the old two windows had already been removed and they had to patch in the two old windows and reorder the two that were the wrong size. In addition, I decided to replace the 5 windows upstairs and had them ordered. On the second trip they installed the two windows which had to be reordered because originally they were the wrong size. The five upstairs windows were then installed without incident. Mike Conners noticed that one window was scratched and one was not tempered. He said that he would reorder replacements for the two sashes. The workers did a good job of cleaning up and touched up paint where needed.

They were fast and good. They did their jobs, they were friendly. The owner checked on the crews throughout the day and he took me around to look to make sure I was satisfied with the work as well.

Mike Connors from Titan Siding and Windows was both professional and persistent in bidding/winning/completing this job. I needed the entire outside of my house re-done and wanted one point of contact to ensure it was done to my specs. I had already decided to purchase custom wood windows from another source when I contacted Mike and he agreed to put them in. This was the most difficult part of the transaction because I also wanted to stain the interior trim personally and it wasn't ready when the windows were installed. Mike was great about getting his crews together on a tight schedule (between holidays and travel). The siding went up in a day, the roof was finished in another day, and the paint crew finished things off in yet another day. Mike was very specific about what work would be performed during the estimate process and even agreed to arrange financing if necessary (it was not). Minor problems that arose during the work process were all addressed and handled by Mike, including reimbursement for slight interior damage and one damaged screen. The overall workmanship was excellent and work crews professional, including cleanup after each step of the process. I would use this company again and definitely recommend them to others.

Mike, the owner and job manager, was great - very attentive, quick to respond to phone calls, very willing to meet my needs. Titan's price was about 10% lower than other estimates for the same work. Roofing crew did great Siding crew did great Painting crew was quick and easy to work with, but not as detailed as I would have preferred. Also, they all smoked and several butts were found in the yard after they'd gone. They did, however, make an extra trip back to do some touch up work, so kudos for that. They did want to get the job done right. The only downside to the job overall was that the crews trampled our yard and some of the plants. Not much care seemed to be given to plants in the front yard. Granted, our yard isn't all that great, but when everything was finished up, it was definitely the worse for the wear.
