They are absolutely wonderful. They have excellent prices. They charged us about a $1000.00 each time. They follow up to check on their order. They are very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

Very helpful service from all the sales reps. The price was great and I received the tile within a week with no additional freight or service charges. I had a problem with a significant amount of broken tile because of the manufacturers poor packaging. I brought it back and they ordered a similar tile from another manufacturer. It came quickly and was in great condition. I will buy from them again.

The staff was very helpful in showing us tile. They allowed us to take samples to look at in our home. After looking at other showrooms, we selected a floor and wall tile we originally saw at the Tile Guy. We asked if the Tile Guy could order the shower floor tile we found elsewhere. They could and at a better price. Our tile came in when it was promised.

Everything was great. They spent a lot of time with me, answering questions and offering suggestions. They were always helpful, patient, and very knowledgable. I felt like I was dealing with friends rather than someone who is trying to make money.

The entire experience was good.

Overall, the experience with Kevin at the Tile Guy was very good. That is all about the purchase of the tile. The Tile Guy is one of the few places where a consumer can purchase tile and be confident that installation is not being hidden in the cost of the tile. Kevin will provide the names of installers, but you are on your own their. I was not happy with the installer. One exception, Christian who works there did a kitchen backsplash for us and did an outstanding job.

It went great! They go out of their way to get you what you need.

They have a beautiful selection. What I bought was somewhat pricey, but they were very helpful and able to get me the tile by the end of the day. The tile was in stock and available. They were very easy to work with. Other places didn’t have this particular tile.

They helped me pick out my tile and were helpful and competitively priced. I would definitely buy tile from them in the future.

For products that they didn't have in stock, it took less than 2 days to get.

We've loved working with the team at the Tile Guy to get all our tile for a kitchen and bath remodel. Each and every person on staff is informed, responsive, and friendly and they all work hard to help you find what you need, regardless of budget. They pointed us to various resources online to see color options, provided a variety of ideas and alternatives, and never ran out of patience as we ordered, reordered, returned, and revised our choices!

I got good design advice from John, and really really good prices. I was happy to be able to get the tile locally at prices that were competitive with Internet sites. Great experience.

Price was significantly below other retail and wholesale companies we visited and received quotes from. The product was superior and was ready when stated. Overall a great experience. I will definitely use The Tile Guy again, when I have the need for the service.

John was a lot of fun to work with. He made purchasing the ceramic tile very easy. I thought his prices very reasonable. I was pleased with the time he took to put together a design that would work nicely for my home and size of rooms.

The folks at the tile guy were very friendly and got my order together fast. However they got the tiles ALL WRONG. Both the floor tiles and the wall tiles were incorrect. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the wall tiles before they were installed. They were very helpful in exchanging the floor tiles. The mix up was partly my fault because I let the contractor pick up the tiles. Wish they had gotten the order right!!!!

The folks at Tile Guy were a big help in getting me the information I needed for re-tiling my downstairs. They made sure I was happy with the tile and that I had the information I needed to make the install go smoothly. They also helped set up delivery of the tile for a very reasonable price. I heard of them from a co-worker and have since told another about them, and all were thrilled with the service.

This was a terrific experience. The staff were very customer focused, helpful, and honest. This being our first do-it-yourself tiling project, we asked a lot of questions, and the staff gladly answered our questions and even offered lots of other helpful considerations and advice. This wasn't just limited to picking the right tile, but also installation. Before choosing a tile, our sales person suggested that we take home samples of the tile we were considering to see which looked best in our bathroom under different lighting, which was a good suggestion since this helped eliminate choices. Amazingly, the prices of the tiles themselves are very reasonable and well below those of your average strip mall tile store. They had a very large selection of tiles under $3/square foot which was the range we were shooting for. When we ordered our tiles, the shipment came in the next day. Compared to other tile stores we visited, the Tile Guy is in its own class.

The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. I don't remember the price we paid per tile, but it was very reasonable and better than other tile shops.
