Great experience from beginning to end. Robin, our sales rep, was friendly, respectful, professional and very helpful. He met with the insurance agent during his inspection, coordinated and communicating with them from the beginning . Robin updated us regularly, and kept his commitments to us. The GAF shingles were delivered on time, the workers arrived the next day in schedule, and worked hard all day to get our roof replaced in one day! We are very happy with the result, the quality of work and the clean up. We also love the transferable warranty.

Outstanding. Everything was done and completed as discussed, and it was done exactly when promised. Friendly and professional supervisor and crew. I hope to never need them again bur if I do I will certainly call. My replacement took one (1) full day while my two neighbors' took eight (8) and five (5) days.

The material used was top quality GAF material. The installation was fast and efficient, under supervision. The plan to complete the job was reviewed in person with attention to detail. As a retired veteran, I was rewarded with a $250 rebate from GAF, along with any successful referral to my neighbors for another $250 bonus. We highly recommend The Roofer Direct in general and project managers Gina and Russ in particular for your next roofing job. We were the victims of shoddy installers of the roof of a house we previously owned. Therefore, we paid close attention to available reviews. The review that sealed the deal for us was written by a former customer of The Roofer Direct in San Antonio. Their roof was replaced after a hail storm. The following year another storm with high straight line winds hit the same area. The review noted that a number of houses had to have the roof repaired a second time but not those done by The Roofer Direct. Gina and Russ did their best to maximize the insurance settlement. They came out twice to meet inspectors sent by the insurance adjuster. They made sure the settlement included bringing our roof up to code rather than just in kind replacement. Since we have a lot of trees. we did upgrade the gutters to include leaf guards. Gina and Russ arranged for a discount on this work not covered by insurance. We were also very pleased with how carefully the work was done and the cleanup. We were home while the work was done and we could hear that six nails were used per shingle. Also, no damage was done to the shrubbery and ground cover that lined our house. Gina even offered to replace two plants until we informed her that they were destroyed by the hail storm.

Tony Parker was a gem! Very professional and great with communicating the needs my roof had and the best solution. He is honest and up front about all the details. Very personable and an overall good guy. He represents Roofer Direct very well.

I was very pleased with Tony Parker with The Roofer Direct. He installed a new roof on my 90-year-old mother’s house. Knowing that my mother became easily overwhelmed, he contacted me to keep me apprised throughout the process. I didn’t even ask him to contact me - he did it on his own because he knew it would help my mother! He was very clear on the timeline and budget and worked well with the insurance company. My mom’s roof was installed in one day, and it looks great. Mr. Parker is honest, provides excellent customer service, and offers a great product. I will call him in a heartbeat if I ever need a roof and will recommend him to others.

Outstanding. They are proficient and professional, and do outstanding work on the schedule which they agree to. They were able to do the complete tear off of the old roof and replacement with the new roof in one day, and did a complete cleanup of the area so that everything was back to normal when they left. They are courteous snd conscientious in their dealings. They can be trusted to make honest recommendations and to uphold all commitments they make. A real pleasure to work with. UPDATED AS OF 08/10/2020: This is an update to my previous submission. The work of Roofers Direct was absolutely outstanding, but the subcontractors they used were less than reliable. I can’t complain about the work, but their commitments as to when they would do it could not be relied upon. Roofers Direct worked with me to get the job completed, but it was frustrating having missed commitments and no urgency on the part of the subcontractors they chose. Again, the roofing job was done in a professional and timely manner and looks excellent, but their choice of subcontractors for removal and replacement of solar panels and the replacement of gutter guards could be improved.

The quality of my new roof is very, very good. The crew did excellent work, and their clean-up was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.
