What a great deal! David was quick to respond, appointments made, he was punctual and very professional. My windows look FABULOUS. I will absolutely use David and "That's Really Clean" again to do my interior windows!! Thank you!

I bought the $95 coupon special and the rest of the cost was the extra that I wanted done such as the interior windows (I have a lot) along with the screens and the tracks. Dave was very prompt in contacting me about what day and time would work with my schedule. I wanted to have it done quickly and he was able to schedule me two days later. Unfortunately when that morning came it was unusually cold and he contacted me right away to see about waiting until later in the day since it was about 30 degrees out. It wasn't supposed to get above freezing so we decided to wait till the next day. He arrived on time and ready to go. He is very polite and willing to move things if they are in front of windows. He said it was part of his job and he puts it back. That was really nice of him as I would usually do that ahead of time but didn't have a chance to do it this time. If he saw that something wasn't right with his work he had no problem going back and doing it over. He did this a few times on a transom window up high when the sun was shining in it with no prompting from me. He stands by his work. That also showed with a follow up email a day later to make sure everything was as it should be. My windows all have mini blinds in them. On the back door when he lifted it (I never have because I didn't know how) it came off because the builders didn't put it up well (we just moved in 4 months ago). Dave wanted to fix it for me since he "broke it." I didn't want him to worry about it because it really wasn't his fault but he was willing to make it right. My husband fixed it with anchors in under 2 minutes. I think he goes above and beyond in his work and would definately have him back again. He is great at staying in touch through Angies's List/emai if there are going to be any changes coming up.

David was very thorough in performance and asked me fi I needed to have anything redone. I replied, "no ." He was very pleasant throughout. ' Excellent job !

What a super nice guy. It was freezing the day he came and wet and that kind of cold that gets into your bones. I could tell he was uncomfortable but he didn't complain a bit, he just kept on working. Everything was clean and done well and there isn't much to report since it all worked out well!

Thats Really Clean did a wonderful job with our exterior windows. The dust from new construction was washed away and now I can see! I will definitely use them again.

I purchased a Big Deal for $95. anticipating it would not cover all my windows. It did not and the supplemental charge was very reasonable. David contacted me quickly to schedule a date for the service. We had to reschedule the first time due to weather and the response was great. Sadly I have become accustomed to people not returning emails/call or not doing so in a prompt manner and I was very pleased with David's customer service in this area. I will certainly recommend this company to others as well as use them again in the future.

All went very well. They were responsive, did the work on time,and followed up after. We were very impressed.

David and his crew arrived on time, explained the service and costs - the work was professional, comprehensive, timely - afterwards David performed a quality check and touched up a few areas needing special attention - I would recommend this company and in fact have scheduled another visit next fall

I bought the big deal of 25 windows for $95 which included a second story. David was super responsive for setting a date, right on time, highly professional, quick to complete the job with his helper, and did a high quality job. Both men were friendly and very responsive to our questions and/or concerns. I will hire him again.

Dave and crew showed up on time and did a great job. I was charged a small amount more than the Angie's list deal as I had more windows, but it was very reasonable. The crew did a great job and now I have clean windows on the outside! I would certainly use Dave again.

I would definitely use their service again. He arrived on time and asked me to go around the house with him and show him all the windows. After that was completed, he and his assistant washed the window and the patio door in a professional and efficient manner. They also removed and replaced the screens when they were finished. We had purchased a coupon for the service and there were no additional charges.

From the phone call on David was professional, courteous and very knowledgable. He gave me all of the fees up front (which, in my opinion were extremely low) and even talked me out of some costly extras that I asked for explaining that it wasn't needed unless I really wanted it. He was on time and got right to work. He worked for 5 and a half hours and was still smiling when he left. Just a great experience! I have already referred him and will continue to!

I was not at the house during the cleaning but my father was. He reported that David was on time, courteous, and professional. David and his assistant worked for three full hours, and the windows looked sparkling clean. We were entirely pleased with the experience of working with David and plan to hire him to clean the interiors next month.

Provider and his friend arrived on time and cleaned all the 25 windows and 2 doors for the $95 coupon purchase. Additional doors and windows plus 5 lighting fixtures were added and priced accordingly. They also checked the gutters and found only one end of it had debrie from an overhanging tree. Some high windows were cloudy and had to be cleaned from the inside as well. Provider was willing to provide additional service as needed. They did a good job and had a friendly attitude.

David responded to my phone call within a couple of hours and was able to schedule me right away. My windows look great and David was very pleasant to work with. I will certainly be a return customer!

I moved into my home a little over a year ago and havent had the chance to clean all of my exterior windows, nor pressure wash around my home. David was extremely responsive, professional, and a diligent worker. The job he did was second to none. I will do business with That's Really Clean again.

Everything went smoothly. David arrived on time, brought everything he needed with him and went right to work. The windows were sparkly clean when he finished. We couldn't be more pleased. We asked for several business cards and left one in the building office (high-rise condo) and another on the bulletin board in the garage. We'll certainly engage him again and have passed his name around to friends.

Great! I called a few providers late last week and David Roberts responded right away. He said he could fit us in Monday as I had told him we have guests coming into town Tuesday. I sent him photos of the house and he sent me a quote right back via email and even offered me a nice discount. We agreed and David said he would show up at 9am Monday to clean the windows. So Monday rolls around and it's raining. David emails early Monday morning to say usually they'd resched due to rain, but he knows I have guests so he'll come out and do the insides and anything under cover if I want. I told him I do and he came with a helper at 10:30am to get started. Because the rain was mostly coming straight down (no wind so no rain on the windows) he said they could probably do all the windows no problem. Great! I left to do some errands and when I returned a few hours later all my windows were sparkly clean. Hoorah, I can see the deer in the lower field again!!! Of course, they're so clean now that there's already a couple spots from bugs and birds flying into them, but what're you going to do? I checked my email and David had sent me an invoice with an option to pay by Paypal - quite possibly my favorite way to pay for things. I clicked the button, logged in paid, and headed to AngiesList.com to write an A+ review. I highly recommend David Roberts - he was courteous and polite and enthusiastic about getting my windows "really clean."

That's Really Clean did an amazing job and exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended and will be used again.
