Roy and Victor were great. Roy responded to my voicemail quickly and had Victor go out the next day to take a look at my tub. Victor gave me an idea of the work necessary on the spot, he was very straightforward, which I appreciated. Ultimately, Victor and Will did a great job on the tub (fixing the crappy job a guy did about a year ago) and it looks like a brand new tub! They walked me through the process and there weren't any "surprise" costs that so many people can throw in there. All in all, I am very happy with the work done and the service I received.

The work was done as described. It was a very professional job and looks better than the new ones we looked at before deciding to refinish. It was a good choice. Victor came back the next day to do the follow-up work and insert the no-slip pad. The work is guaranteed and we received a follow-up phone call to see if we are satisfied. We are, and I would recommend this outfit to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

Texas Tub and Shower Refinishing just completed repairs and refinishing of two of our 27-year old bathroom vanity counter tops and sinks. They now look fantastic--better than new! Victor did the work. He was very professional, provided excellent customer service, was timely in completion of the work, and approached the work as the true craftsman he is. In fact, we intend to use them again in the near future to refinish a garden tub.

Well I dont typically write reviews because to be honest not a lot of companys inspire me to write reviews but this company has. I have heard of victor from a friend and saw how beautiful her bathtub turned out to be and how professional he was with her. Thats when I agreed to hire him to do my tub. I live in Hutto and hard water is hard on anything around here. He was professional on the phone courteous and more importantly honest. I think honesty is what we all want when were paying for something I dont like run arounds and I dont like miscommunication to future expenses. He was here on time and worked hard to meet the deadline he proposed and kept me in the loop the whole time. The pricing was fair I did my research before handing him any form of payment. It would've cost me way more to replace the tub than to resurface it. I loved this company and especially my new bathtub. I highly recommend them to future homeowners with the same problem.
