+ -1 moreEverything went according to plan. The difference in before and after was amazing. The owner did the work himself and made sure that I was completly satisfied before he left. He does not use a little power washer purchased from Home Depot. His is a huge tank mounted on a trailer and is run by a generator. He is very familiar with its settings and which settings should be used on concrete verses wood. Too much pressure used on wood can ruin it and/or cause splinters to pop up on the deck. He surely knows his business.
Description of Work: Power-washed patio, deck and back of house.
