Texas Home Inspection

An educated buyer will get his home inspection done before and put that in all caps. He makes an offer on a new home. It was $850 to thoroughly inspect a very large home. Bob literally got up on the roof, got under the eaves and got everywhere. He identified probably eight to ten thousand dollars worth of repairs that I would have been unaware of and had not been reported by the home inspector hired by the real estate firm. He's a great guy. His reports were sufficiently detailed and self explanatory that the seller would find it very difficult to argue with the items that he had identified.
