I have no problems with them. There was a time when one of their techs was having a problem with his work and he didn't show up to his jobs. There was a couple of times I had a missed appointment because the tech didn't show up but that was a couple of years ago and I haven't had any problems with them since. They always arrive on time, within the time they said they're going to. The techs are very pleasant. They go back to do their job, leave a receipt and they do their job. They come on time and they're friendly. I'd give them all A's on everything.

They are very good to work with. They are very courteous and prompt and address all the concerns that we have. I have no issues with them.

I like that they come out quarterly, they are punctual, and I don't have bugs. The prices are good.

In the past when they found evidence oft termite corrosion, my home was retreated at no cost, other than the annual manitenanace charge, which is about $194

They came out and drilled a hole in the wall and filled it with poison and put bait stations all around the outside of the house. They described how to maintain the lifetime guarantee. They emailed the warranty and provided pamphlets about the treatment they provided.

They came out quarterly and told me to call them if I found any bugs or ant plies in the yard. Every time they came, I would find fire ant mounds in plain site that had not been touched. Then a month before I sold my house, I started finding carpenter ants in my bathroom. They would come back out and treat. The very next day the ants were back. I finally called another exterminator company about the carpenter ants. After one treatment I did not see the ants again. I was trying to sell my home and Terminix could not get the problem under control. I will not ever use them again because of this.

I am pretty pleased with their service. I like the effectiveness of their work. There was no bugs anymore. They made a good deal with me!

They were responsive, prompt and professional. All the paperwork was in order but their prices were on the high end. The prompt service made up for it. I called several pest control companies, in the area, and Terminix responded first. One company only had voice messaging, on a week day, during normal business hours! They must have contracts and don't care about residential customers! I slammed them on their listing!

All their products are green products. I like that If I call them between the three months period, they come out immediately and take care of any problem that come up.

We have an annual contract with them. We've used them for about 3 months. They give you notice when they are about to come around. Anytime I see bugs between sprays , I can call them and they come out for free.

The experience went fine. They are always on time. Their prices are competitive.

We have a yearly price and it is comes out bi-monthly to about $150 or $200. They are just fine, they are great. They just come out, do their job, and go on. They always call before they come and if they don’t have to come in, they just call and say that they are just going to be outside, so that we put our animals up or do whatever we need to do.

I paid $96 for the initial spray. I wasn't too satisfied when they came for the initial spray. The person that came by originally didn't explain to me what was involved with the initial service. As a result they did an initial spray, which wasn’t thorough, and they had to do a second spray, which was thorough, but afterwards there were still bugs so I had to have them come out again to do another spray and to do granular on the lawn. I called their 1-800 number and they are working with me also to make sure that I am satisfied. They were very responsive, very punctual and very professional. I had signed a contract so I will continue to use them.
