 + 0 moreWe were met by knowledgeable sales staff and treated very courteously. Every question we had was answered promptly. This was very refreshing after past experiences looking for tile!
Description of Work: Provided tile we needed to retile our large swimming pool.

 + 0 moreI'd say I'd rather try a different vendor in the future and take a gamble.
Description of Work: Supplier to my pool builder. We requested an upgrade to out equipment and it was nearly impossible to get a response from Superior Pools. When I did finally, it was not helpful. They asked me to contact the OEM directly (Jandy) who has repeatedly asked me to talk to the original dealer (superior pools) to get service for this issues. I have $400 of junk in my office as a result of their ignorance to my problems.
