I've been using their services for more than eight years, and they're the only company that I'll use for window cleaning. They always leave the windows looking fabulous, and they show on time. I'd advise others to plan on waiting for a couple of weeks, however, when scheduling work because the company is very popular.

They did a good job.

We have used Sunn twice previously in 2002 and 2004. We sent Don an email requesting a quote for windows plus power washing. He was out of town, but responded promptly telling us when he'd be back in a few days. He then followed up with a detailed quote and we made an appointment for two weeks later. The crew called 30 minutes before arriving. The team leader came inside, confirmed the work to be done, gave us some advice about the work, and then got busy. The crew of four barely paused for the next two hours. The results were impressive. The team leader reviewed the invoice with us---it came in well under Don's original estimate! They're probably not the cheapest in town, but they do excellent work, on time, as promised.

Easy to schedule, team showed up on time, very considerate of interior of our home, entire house interior and exterior was done simultaneously, only took approximately two hours, our home sits on side of a hill so back windows are actually three stories up, windows were perfect, no smudges. Will be using them again. Great experience.

I have used Sunn Window Cleaning for at least five years, and they deserve my highest recommendation. A neighbor recommended them many years ago, and I have used them ever since for my personal home. As a Realtor, I also recommend them to clients. I always advise my sellers that having windows professionally cleaned will make a HUGE difference in their home's overall appearance and appeal. Lots of "bang for the buck!" Sunn's process is seamless. Call Don Wickham (owner) and he'll go by your home (you don't even have to be there...he doesn't need to go inside.) Don will email a bid (usually next day), and schedule (usually within two or three days). His team is professional, polite, prompt, and thorough. His bid is always right on. (BTW, I have priced other window cleaners and Sunn is always very competitive...sometimes the least expensive, sometimes not, but always fair. My personal home is three stories on a hillside. Not an easy job to say the least! Team leader Nick & his team take it all in stride, climbing ladders, dodging trees. They carefully remove and wash screens, clean each window inside/out, reinstall screens, and even clean the sills and tracks. I highly recommend this company. Always a positive experience!

I have used Sunn Window Cleaning for years, although probably not often enough! I called after not having had our windows cleaned for several years and they quickly found our records and quoted a fair price. They showed up promptly on the scheduled day with a full crew and did a thorough and professional job. We had solar screens that had to be removed in order to clean the windows, which increased the price a bit. Because we needed to have some of these solar screens replaced they recommended a great contractor to do that, and coordinated with him to get all the work done efficiently. We were very happy with the results! I plan to call them again soon!

They do very good work but I think I will try a different company this year. They are very good and they’ll do the light fixtures as well. We have a huge chandelier that they will get on their ladder for. Every time I read their ad they are adding to the work that they do. They are very careful, and the owner himself does our delicate light fixture. We will probably have them come back, but we are looking around because of prices going up everywhere. The price has not been raised and he has cut us deals because we are repeat customers. I would absolutely recommend them. If you are unhappy with anything, they come back and redo the work. They always have a coupon with 10-20% off. They have a good team and they all know what they are doing.

The cleaning crew was punctual, neat, polite, careful, thorough, and fast. They cleaned 30 windows inside and out in an hour and a half. They also had to scrape old paint off the windows so it cost a bit more for this cleaning, but now that that chore is finished they won't have to do that again. Plus, they give discounts if you have them back on a regular basis. I will definitly call them again.

Very professional from start to finish. On the same day I called, Don came to our house and did a thorough walk around to give us a quote. Nick and his three crew members showed up on time and got right to work with two on the outside, two inside. They worked nonstop for 5 hours and the result is crystal clean windows again on our two story 6500 sq/ft home. Thank you Sunn, we can tell you take pride in your work.

Requested they come clean 1st and 2nd floor gutters while I was at work. Arrived to clean gutters, no debris on the ground or in the bushes. The gutters were full and I had ants coming into the house. I needed them to come quickly to clean the gutters, so that the exterminator could spray the roof and gutters and get rid of the ants. They understood and came right out the next day.

The owner responded to my phone call promptly, gave me a per window price, and scheduled a day for the work to be done within the week. The crew was polite, professional, and did an excellent job. I will use them again.

Great job. They were a referral from a client and it went just as it should have. There is a big team and they arrive and get busy. 5 total guys cleaned all of our windows in less than an hour and what a difference! We had done lots of construction on our house, plus our polaris from our pool had been spraying some of the sliders; after Sunn, they looked brand new.

As with each experience, this has been a very good one. Don and the workers are always professional and do a fantastic job. I'm always amazed at how quickly they're in and out and how good everything looks. I highly recommend Sunn Window Cleaning and will continue using them.

Don has a crew of 4 or 5 who completed the job in about 1 1/2 hours. Replaced any moved furniture and were mindful of not soiling carpets while in my home.

I didn't find any streaks on any of the windows they cleaned. They were very professional and I didn't have any problems with them in our home. We have used them in the past and would recommend them to neighbors. They made sure every window was cleaned to our expectation before they offered to leave.
