 + -1 moreWe were not ready when Duane first was scheduled, but he was kind enough to reschedule. He was late for the appointment, but had the wrong phone number. Otherwise, everything went well. He was personable, competent and knowledgeable about his business. He was interested in working with the customer, unlike some other companies, and spent enough time in each room to do a thorough job.
Description of Work: Duane steam cleaned all three bedrooms, a staircase, upstairs loft, living room, dining room, family room and halls while working around our schedules. We initially called him because of a reduced online coupon, but would gladly pay the full price to have him clean the carpets again.
