 + -1 moreThe experience has been very good. They moved the furniture around, and put it back in place. They were very professional. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

 + -1 moreThe people are very cordial at this location. I like this place because I am very pet conscious. I really wanted to make sure the chemicals they used were pet friendly. I was informed by them that they are. They did an excellent job on the cleaning and I really liked how it smelled afterward.
Description of Work: I had them clean all of the carpeting in my house. I have a 4 bedroom home. The entire home is carpet except for the kitchen and dining room. They did not scotch guard the carpets and there was no spot removal done. I did get a 1 year contract with them. I was charged a one time fee for the contract. With this contract, they will clean my carpet up to once a month with no extra charge.

 + -1 moreI wasn't as happy with Stanley Steemer as I wanted to be. They did the work on time and it was done with respect to my property. I just didn't feel as though my carpets looked much better or cleaner when they were done. I'd still give them an above average grade. They were professional and very polite.
Description of Work: I had them clean the carpet in my living and dining rooms. These are fairly big rooms.

 + 0 moreThey did a great job. I usually have them come out and clean my rugs every other month. I was referred by a friend that used them and I am glad that I tried them out. I would highly recommend them as well.

 + -1 moreI was overall pleased with the work they did. They gave me a quote over the phone and I thought it was too high but they did come down on the price. They did however charge me for a whole room to clean my closet which I didn't think was right.

 + -1 moreI thought the carpets came pretty clean in all three rooms of my home. The people were pretty efficient and polite while in my presence. In all, it was a pretty good experience. They offered a great deal on their prices too. I will most likely call them to come back out in another year to clean all of the carpets again.

 + -1 moreI have used Stanley Steemers carpet cleaning for what seems like a million years now, and have always found them to be very reliable. They are always careful with my furniture and are sure to get out any stains that might be in betted into the carpets. I have never seen any reasons not to have them come back for my carpets care.

 + -1 moreI was not impressed with them at all. The floor looked good when they first finished and left, but about 2 weeks later the stains they removed came right back. They did the job in less than an hour and I was not happy with the stain guard because it formed a crusty surface over the carpet.

 + -1 moreWe were not happy with them at all. One thing I really didn t like was that they tried to sell us a lot of extras. It was two guys that were pretty annoying that did the work. There was a little spot they said exploded into a big spot and they couldn t get it out. Since then I removed it myself.

 + -1 moreThey cleaned the carpet in our bedroom, living room and bathroom. We were not happy with the results. The carpet was not cleaned well at all; it still looked dirty when they were finished. We would not use this service again. The price how ever was very reasonable but the work was not.

They put these little plastic blocks under the footing of our furniture while the carpeting dried so that was a plus. They just did a really good job and you never had to worry about the quality of their service.

They were extremely helpful with moving the furniture and did everything themselves. Whatever furniture they didn't move they put dolly protectors under them. They were careful not to damage any furniture they did move.
