They did a good job.

They got all of our stains out of our carpets and when they were done, the carpet dried very fast. We have been using them for a long time and we would not consider using anyone else. They were very consistent and hardworking. I was very satisfied with the job they did on my carpets.

We like this system much better than calling them when ever the house needs a thorough cleaning. We can set our schedule to it, and know exactly when they are coming over. If we want it cleaned an extra time, we have to pay extra. This is rarely necessary. We have been with them for eighteen years and have no plans to look elsewhere for our carpet cleaning needs.

They did show up on time and they even called before they came. They didn't leave any mess for me to clean up. They won't move furniture and appliances. They do offer other things like stain removal and resistant chemicals, for an additional charge.

I liked the way they would move my furniture at no cost. They always got my carpets so clean that they looked new. The high traffic areas looked great also. The carpets dried quickly. They usually were quick to get here and friendly. This was a trustworthy company.

Everytime I have used them in the past, I have had to call them to come back. They did not spot spray the stains. They left hair and dirt behind. I wouldn t call them again. I was extremely unhappy with their service.

They moved all of the furniture when needed and that was very nice in our eyes. The carpets weren't really bad when they started, but all the same, they did good work. We haven't ran into wet carpet or anything like that with them and they were always in and out it seemed.

Stanley Steemer seemed to be pretty high priced, however all of my carpets were clean. I did get what I paid for. They did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. All of the minor stains were completely gone. They were extremely careful of the furniture in the rooms. Their an outstanding company to use, if you don't mind the price.

We prefer proven companies for certain services and carpet cleaning is one of them. They have an excellent reputation, but more important, they stand by their work. If we are not satisfied, they will come back and do it again. This has not happened, but at least they put their name on the line, when they do a job. The cleaning has been done extremely well and even getting in hard to reach corners. The manners of their personnel, has also been good.

THE CARPET LOOKED SPOTLESS (AND STAYED THAT WAY WHEN IT DRIED). I WAS AMAZED THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE THE STAINS. THEY ALSO HAVE ONLINE SCHEDULING WHICH IS VERY CONVENIENT.
