Description of Work: I hired this company to install new kitchen countertops (they came pre-cut), several ceiling fans and light fixtures, a new kitchen sink and faucet, as well as bathroom fixtures and to install a new dish washer.

Description of Work: What out for this company, everytime a costumer puts up a complaint he tries to change the naming of his company. The following company names listed below all belong to the same person. I filed a report against him with the Better Business Bureau under Company Name Stallion Construction Company BBB Complaint Case#90208441 on 10/10/11 and a new business account on BBB was opened on 10/10/11 using Stallions Construction. I've also reported him to the Attorney General and State Board. I've paid them $13085 to do the following work that they didn't complete and ended up causing more damages to my home. He refused to return my phone calls or come by the house to view the additional damages that his contractors caused. Replace two (2) pre-hung interior doors w/new door trim, paint to match $580 they only hung new doors and painted the door, there was NO new door trim applied Replace missing insulation as needed $400 insulation is still missing under my staircase Repair all drywall damage and installation where needed $2800 Completed even though the texture is not completed or the hole in the dining patched Repair/patch wall at garage $150 Completed Remove 2’x4’ florescent light in kitchen, patch drywall/texture, install six (6) recessed lights $875 Texture has not been completed or patch to additional drywall damage done Kitchen counter tops in 3 centimeter granite w/sink cut out $2520 Installed but faucets were not installed or granite cut for the faucets yet. 25.5 linear feet of base and 42” wall kitchen cabinets. Cabinet in Cathedral antique white. Wall cabinets w/glass inserts. $5325 Glass inserts still need to be provided and he is refusing to deliver the product that I've already paid for. Disconnect plumbing and reconnect as needed to fit new sink and faucet $250. They only disconnected the plumbing, Plumbing has not been reconnect. New sink and faucet (covered by Stallion Construction) NO CHARGE… He complained about the faucet I selected so I still paid a price difference on the faucet when technically I could have made them pay for the whole cost based on the contract.

They damaged the new cabinets I purchased: Cracked frames, screw holes punching through the outer frame, multiple screw holes in the wall cabinets because they put them up wrong the first time, doors not installed correctly not aligned and they cut through all the crown molding trying to get the right angle and still put up what they had left incorrectly. They did not finish the work and they are refusing to reimburse me for the product they damaged. Disconnect plumbing and reconnect as needed to fit new sink and faucet $250.
