Description of Work: Justin from Energy Action came out and did a thorough top-to-bottom analysis, from crawling under the house to exploring our attic. Although we had previously weather-proofed our house, Justin found many things we had not considered. We especially like that all the suggestions were presented in a report that made it clear which options were the most cost effective and which could qualify for city rebates
