Description of Work: I submitted a request for an estimate for some built-ins and laying of hardwood flooring on 8/22/12 or 8/21/12. I received an email from the company stating that they would call the next day to discuss the project. I spoke with them the next day and after discussing what I wanted done I was told they were working on their work schedule and would see when they would be in my area the following week. I did not here from them. I sent a followup email and still have not heard back. Perhaps they are very busy and that is a good thing, I suppose. I don't know if I would use them or not as I don't have enough information to offer. ******Update: Loyd from Specialty Builders contacted me today. He explained they had several projects going where issues came up that required he be present, and apologized for not contacting me sooner. We have a meeting set for Tuesday. Thank you Loyd.
