From start to finish Amber was fantastic. She didn’t do a hard push, even knowing that I had interviewed a couple other companies. She simply answered my questions, explained their product, and allowed me to make up my own mind. She came out after job was completed, she saw some flaws in the installation and had the guys come back and perfect the job. She is incredibly professional and cares about what she does and truly looks c out for her clients. She became not just a sales agent, but a trusted friend. She has great integrity and that’s a big deal.

This company is a solid five stars. From the first meeting to the completion of the project, everything was smooth, with good communication and, most of all, excellent results. We have the patio of our dreams.

Aaron was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He communicated often and pricing and timeline was clear and accurate. The crew was timely, professional, and did a quality job. The project included removal of grass and installation of weed barrier, pet quality turf, a putting green, a steel retaining wall, decomposed granite, and river rock. We would absolutely hire again for future projects and recommend Southern Turf to family and friends.

Great experience from beginning to end. Our backyard was a complete disaster, no grass could grow. Putting in turf was a game changer. Everybody was super professional and got the whole job done quickly. Aaron was always available for questions, and helped the process run smoothly. We couldn't be happier.

We received about 7 bids for our backyard project and we decided to go with Southern Turn. We are so glad we did. Aaron and his crew were so great to work with. They did an amazing job, communicated and explained everything. They finished everything in 3 days. We would highly recommend them for any turf project you want! Our backyard looks amazing.

So, my house has a nice shady backyard. The only downside isâ ¦..grass doesnâ t grow well in shade. My husband and I tried to grow several different grasses with no luck. We ended up with a dirt yard and when it rained, a muddy yard. Frustrated, we decided to get an estimate on artificial grass just to see if it was something we could afford. We decided on Southern Turf because of all the great reviews we read. I set up an appointment and Aaron Hamilton came to meet with us. He was on time and extremely nice and personable. He asked us what we wanted, and I showed him a picture I had drawn of my dream backyard. He took some measurements and showed us the different turf samples he had, and we chose the one we liked best. Aaron got back to us with the estimate by the next day. We were really surprised that it was going to cost way less than we had expected. We set a date for installation and Aaron gave us his personal cell phone number. This meant that we could communicate with him directly and didnâ t have to call the office and leave a message every time we needed to talk to him. This was great because we got rained out twice and had to reschedule. Both times Aaron communicated with us quickly and we set up a new date, hoping the weather would cooperate. When the installation finally took place, Aaron and his crew showed up on time and worked the whole day. Our yard was done in two days! Aaron and his crew were very polite and respectful and cleaned up the debris afterward. When I saw my yard for the first time I almost cried! It is so beautiful! No more weeds and dirt/mud. Our dogs LOVE it and have been running around happy as can be. We are so happy we chose Southern Turf and that we were able to work with Aaron and his crew. I would highly recommend this company and their team to anyone.

We are so happy with our brand-new Putting Green! Aaron and team were amazing. Very responsive, accommodating and worked with us as we changed our mind. He came out twice before the install to make sure we had what we wanted. The install team led by Sergio was fantastic and showed up right when Aaron said they would. They kept me informed throughout the day and when it was time to pick the hole locations, Sergio knocked on the door and had me come out. After the install, they cleaned up the entire yard and you couldnâ t tell they were there except for the new putting green. Aaron stopped by after the installation to make sure I was completely satisfied with the look of it as well as the install process. I would recommend Southern Turf and Aaron if you are looking for a putting green, and I am sure they are just as amazing for artificial turf.

We cannot say enough great things about Southern Turf Co! This was our second time using them for a project because they did such an amazing job the first time around. Aaron and his crew managed to complete the project in one day, including adding a putting green for us to play with. Aaron even came out about a week after the project completed to personally take care of some turf anchors that were pulling up. Now, instead of a dead area filled with wood chips, we have a prime play area for our kids to grow up with!

Aaron and his team were very easy to work with. Throughout the whole process, Aaron was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. He worked with our schedule and came out at a time that was convenient for us to go over the different options they provided and to show samples. He was upfront about the cost of material and labor, and did a great job explaining all the different products. He made our decision to install turf very easy and within the same day, he got a quote sent over to us. We decided to modify the original layout to include a paver walkway and rock surrounding. Aaron was quick to accommodate our customization and revised the quote right away to reflect the changes. Once we reviewed the quote, we paid our deposit through one of the many payment options they offer. Within the same week, Aaron got us scheduled for the installation, booking us two weeks out. From consultation to installation, the entire project was completed just under 3 weeks. On installation day, the team showed up as scheduled and began looking over the yard for sprinkler heads and any other concerns we had. Work began right away and they worked tirelessly to complete our project the same day. We couldnâ t be happier with our turf and pavers. Our dogs love it and itâ s so easy to keep clean. I was worried that our dogsâ nails would tear up the turf but after a brutal play session the first day, I can say with confidence that the turf will hold up to the dogs running around and cutting back and forth. If we ever move or have any properties in the future, weâ ll definitely be contacting Aaron and Southern Turf for another project.

Best experience! Highly recommend. We met with a few turf companies and the minute we met Aaron, we knew this was the company we would pick. Aaron thoroughly answered all of our questions, showed beautiful, high-quality turf samples, measured the space, helped design the space to best meet our needs, and gave us a very reasonable quote right away. The experience continued to be simple and smooth for us as the fantastic installer, Miguel and his experienced crew knocked out the whole project quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and payed close attention to detail. You could tell they took pride in their work and wanted to do it right. Miguel and the crew stayed for the final walkthrough to ensure we were happy with the work before they packed up. Aaron followed up to ensure we were satisfied. Excellent customer service. Top quality work and product. One of the best purchases weâ ve made. We should have installed this turf a long time ago!

Southern Turf installed turf in my backyard about 10 days ago and I couldn't be happier...from the start of my research, and during the quote process, Southern Turf was one of the front runners. Aaron Hamilton was my sales rep and he was extraordinarily responsive to my endless questions. He went above and beyond by bringing me to different homes so I could see the differences between the products he was selling. He was professional, friendly and not pushy in any way. When I finally decided I was going with Southern, the entire process going forward was completely explained. Also need to send kudos to the installation crew, they too were extremely professional. They showed up right on time and finished the job in 2 days...I was particularly impressed with the clean up...nothing was out of order when then left, they even swept the entire driveway where they had left the stone and dirt overnight. The only thing I am sorry about is that I didn't do this sooner. It was wonderful not having mud all thru the house when the dog decided to go out in the rain :) I recommend both the product and Southern Turf wholeheartedly. Barb Round Rock, Tx

Aaron helped our family transform our backyard to a clean, dirt free livable area! He was able to give us a quote for both projects (putting green) and the backyard area so we could choose to do both or just one. The quote included everything from the turf to the edging and rocks. The installation took 2 days and the entire team was very professional keeping everything clean as they worked. Aaron stopped by after the work was completed to ensure we were satisfied with the work and to answer any questions. Highly recommend this team if you are thinking of doing turf!

The job itself was actually completed a month earlier than we were originally scheduled and was done in one day! Very quick and efficient! Highly recommend!

They were very professional. Workers were punctual and did a great job.

I had a fantastic experience. Easy to book. Clear on expectations, customer service was perfect from Scott and Adam. No surprises. Got done in less time than was quoted. And the yard looks AMAZING. My kiddos use it 50x more than when we had (struggling) grass.

Issues with the job at the beginning delayed the job until another day. Rescheduled the job for that weekend and they arrived by 8 am Saturday. Israel ( lead installer) did great work and the yard looks amazing. Ask any potential vendor questions about when the product arrives versus when they schedule installs. Scott (owner) called to apologize for the inconvenience and inquired how they could have improved service...I appreciated the effort. End of the day, I have a great backyard which my family enjoyed greatly!

Grass was not growing in our backyard, and Scott was able to come in and completely solve that problem.
