Smart Buy Office Furniture

This office furniture store is awesome! They have everything you might need, both used and new items. I wanted to update my office and make some improvements. I stopped into Smart Buy Office to "just look" and what I found was an owner (Tom Doane) willing to assist with a new office design regardless if I bought one item, or no items from them. He took the time to find out what type of business I have, how my office functions, what currently works and does not work and created a new functional office design. He has a computer program that if you bring in your space and current furniture dimensions, he can create a 3D model of the current and then new plan design. I had most of my measurements and could guess at the rest and he was able to make sure anything I ordered would fit and function well. The more accurate your measurements, the better he will be able to plan your space. This planning tool along with his office furniture and function knowledge was great; really helpful. He and I worked together to create the design that would meet my specific office needs. He was able to show me all of the pieces of furniture that were in the new design and the prices were reasonable so I ordered everything. I am hesitant on one chair that I'm replacing only because my current chair is very comfy and the new one will be very different; but the current one is just too big and has to be replaced. I will update my review after I get everything and let you know how it all arrived, looks, functions and if I like my new chair! Delivery is set and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg like most places do. I hate that about places I make large purchases from, after everything is added up and then...the dreaded delivery charge...yikes! But Smart Buy was more than fair on delivery and they get extra stars from me for that! SO HERE IS MY PROMISED UPDATE AFTER DELIVERY: Delivery men were very good, respectful, hard working and did a great job. The new furniture looks great, and the new chair is perfect. After everything was done at the office, for an agreed rate, they loaded up my old furniture and delivered it to storage. During unloading, one of the old pieces of furniture, was accidentally damaged. The men were very apologetic and tried very hard to fix it as I intended to sell this piece. The fix was pretty good and I think I would be able to sale it without issue, however, later that day, Tom the store owner emailed, apologized and offered to buy the furniture in question at a fair rate. Tom is clearly an honorable businessman with great integrity. Start to finish, Smart Buy Office Furniture was outstanding!
