Smoothest move ever! The guys were very professional and polite, wrapped everything VERY well (we had a lot of electronic equipment from our home office and they wrapped it better than I would have and I tend to be paranoid). Arrived on time (unheard of). Their supervisor came to the collection at the old house and was there at the end of the move in at the new house to make sure everything was 100% - not a single thing was damage, not even a scratch on the wall!!! We need to get some work done eventually on our new home and I'll absolutely be using them for that as they also do remodels and some tv/stereo cabling work - I'll review that part of the business when it's done. Oh and I should mention our new home has a horrid steep driveway and those guys were machines at getting up and down it.

My experience with them went good. I think they are a fantastic service. They arrived early. They took extreme care with all of my things. They did what normal moving companies did not do, they did not break anything but if they would have they matched it exact to a $1 and other moving companies that I had found when I was researching they matched like 10 cents to 50 cents to a $1 of your items and that was one of the reasons of my decision by going with them. I think as a single woman, you feel safe with them in your house. They showed up with not only just their movers but their supervisor came at the beginning went over everything and then relayed that to the guys who were moving. They are not just like 30 guys in T-shirts and jeans, they showed up in polo collared shirts and as a single woman you are kind of apprehensive having a bunch of men in and out of your house, with them I felt just very secure. As soon as I plan some internal renovation at my new place they would be the people I will call.

I found Silver Rock through a referral,previously a co-worker had used Aand J moving and upon looking for a mover I discovered that Aand J was acquired by a Home/Commercial Services company, Silver Rock. I called and their moving manager showed up the next day to do a complete walk through of my 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 2 story home. Austin, a moving manager, took the time to list out each of my items and approx box count, all items large and small. He took the time to go over the Silver Rock Process, their insurance (everything is 100% covered! Dollar for Dollar in the event of damage etc), also offered me free boxes for y move. (They also could have packed everything for me too!) Although I opted to pack myself, I could see how valuable that could be for busy people who don’t have time to spare. When moving day arrived, the crew showed up with their manager early, dressed professionally in polos, khakis, and with booties for their shoes while in the house. Immediately they went to work and my 4000 square foot house was emptied in about 2 hours. I was extremely pleased with the speed and dedication the guys had moving my things. They took extra care and precaution with my large mirrors and electronics. The guys were also well spoken, knowledgeable and as a single woman I felt comfortable and secure having them in my home. After the move, Silver Rock also informed me of the other services they offered including, property maintenance, power washing, renovations and handyman services. I have already received a quote for them to do my continued lawn services at my new home and also will have them handle my power washing of my new pool. The cost was competitive, and like everything these days, could have been cheaper, but I will always be willing to pay for quality service, staff, and keeping all my home services with the same staff and company. I would highly recommend Silver Rock and their services.
