Sheds and More

Carl was quick to answer my questions and provided several options. Once we had HOA approval, he was ready to start. The entire process took 2 days from start to finish since I had the shed built on a concrete slab. Quality, fit & finish is terrific. Would use again.

We had worked with Carl two years ago to have him resurface our 500-square-foot deck, add hog wire railing, a set of steps and two gates. He did a great job, and we were finally ready this year to have him add the patio cover. Since we were a returning customer, he honored a discount from two years ago, which was above and beyond expectations. He and his team were also very helpful when it came to getting the building permit from the City of Cedar Park. They were able to slot our job in earlier than expected, so it took quick work to get the permit documents in place, but they made it happen. They listened carefully to what we wanted, made suggestions to improve the design, and finished all the work in just two days. The patio cover itself only took one day to install! The team is courteous and professional, did what they said they were going to do, and we would recommend Carl and his team to anyone who needs deck or patio work.

They came out twice over a course of a month to get measurements for a bid. We are currently working on a solution for an out of the ordinary roof situation.

The carport is beautiful! It is very sturdy construction with durable materials. It has rain gutters built in so the water does not spill over the sides. The roof was slightly slanted to further enhance drainage of water from the roof. We are VERY happy with the resulting carport. We had our first big storm last night and the carport did its job. I will definitely contact Carl and William for future projects. We are considering having a shed built in the future.

A three man crew arrived at 8:45 a.m. and unloaded the materials. They immediately started construction and told my husband they would finish around 3:30 p.m. A 3:30 the shed was complete with paint and trim. It looks good. The colors match my house. My only compliant is the ramp has a small gap from the ground to the highest point of the ramp. It looks like a good place for a snake to cool off in the shade. They explained they don't go all the way to the ground because the wood would rot on the ground. My husband covered the holes with concrete edging stones. Over all they did a good job. I would use them again.

Professional. If i had to use one word to describe everyone at Sheds and More, that would be the word I would use. We have used Sheds and More twice so far. The first time was for a shed. After requesting a quote from their website, Carl came over and we started talking about the project. I didn't have an exact idea of what I wanted, so Carl talked me through some options. Carl was great with this process. I never felt pressured into anything and I felt like he had our best interest in mind. In the end, we decided on a single pitch shed. Carl told us that the shed would take up to two days to complete. The day the job started, I stayed home to keep an eye on things (I had been recently burned by a contractor, so I wanted to make sure things were done right), but I had to leave for a few hours for an appointment. I left as they were getting the base of the shed complete. When I came back, I was so surprised at the progress that was made. They had already erected the structure and were installing the siding. The job ended up just taking a day. The construction was solid. The crew cleaned up after themselves perfectly. The end result was gorgeous. We've had friends comment that our shed looks too good to be called a shed! After having such a great experience with the shed, we decided to use the Sheds and More guys to replace a rotting deck that we had partially taken out. Again, Carl came out and walked me through the options. Once those were figured out, we scheduled a time for the work to be complete. On the first day of the job, William the foreman walked me through the process and we talked about some of the finer details of the job. After coming home from work every day, I was amazed at the progress they had made. After day two, William called me to work out the final details of the deck. He came over and walked me through everything they had done and all that they needed to do. I generally consider myself detail oriented, but he talked about many things that I didn't even think of. The crew completed the job on the third day (earlier than anticipated). The end result is amazing. It really looks great and I can't wait to start using it. Beyond that, the crew cleaned up the job site meticulously (this is really a pet peeve of mine). They hauled off debris that wasn't part of the job. Also, after mentioning to William that we were planning on regrading a section of our yard, they moved some of the dirt that they had taken out while digging for the support posts and spread it out in the area that we talked about. They definitely go above and beyond! Sheds and More have truly transformed my backyard. Before I was embarrassed to bring friends back there and now I am going to show it off to everyone!

Sheds and more built me a single pitch shed matching my current home. They provided a good estimate, worked with my HOA, built the shed on time and did a great job. I would hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

Carl was prompt with our inquiries and also patient with all our many questions (both by phone call and emails.) He was honest with his estimates and did not hesitate to voice concerns and to give input which helped in deciding what kind of carport we would build. Once the agreement was made on the pricing and the type of carport, his team was very quick and professional with how they built the carport. They promised 2 days, and they delivered, cleaning up everything after the job was done. Although they may not be the most affordable contractors for what they do, they definitely do one, if not the best work from the quality of the build to the materials they use. I'm confident our carport will last for many years, and am glad they offer a 7 year warranty for peace of mind as well. I highly recommend Sheds and More. They were great to deal with.

This company has done numerous jobs for us and our son- it all started after the bastrop complex fire- Carl was out the day after I called- bam! Our new cedar fence was up- then a new shed which I use as an art studio! We have had them out 4 times and getting ready to call them again! I contacted Sheds and More for a quote and Carl was very prompt in calling me to discuss our needs. He then sent Artie over to survey the location and get more details from us. Artie provided us with a quote that day. We then scheduled an appointment to go to the showroom to see just what we would be getting. Carl met us at the showroom and was very informative and friendly. We then decided we wanted to go ahead with Sheds and More to build our shed. The day we had scheduled was the day after the big, bad cold front with ice had blown through and we thought for sure they would cancel on us, but they didn't. They had to delay a couple of hours to give all of their crew enough time to get here, but then they got right down to work. They actually completed the shed the same day - amazing! They came back the next morning to finish up painting. They even hauled off our old, ugly, eye-sore of a shed for us. The new shed is so very nice and spacious and looks fantastic. It really does look like it's meant to be here with our house. It's very well-built too. From the time I first contacted Sheds and More until completion was just over two weeks. We're very impressed. They even cleaned up after themselves completely. We've had plenty of work done on our house and have had other contractors who broke things of ours, misplaced things and left things behind that we ended up having to clean up and/or deal with. So very nice to have someone come in and do exactly what they say they're going to do. We couldn't be happier with our shed and our experience with Sheds and More. We're thinking about enclosing our porch and will most likely use Sheds and More for that project as well.

I called several companies to get an estimate for a carport. They were all the same price but Sheds N More was the only company that came back to me with the best price in the end. One company didn't even return my call after I called to ask a question about the price. Carl was very professional and promptly answered all my emails and phone calls. He was very good about explaining the whole process and even helped me with the HOA forms to approve the work. I love my carport. I would definitely use them again.

They came out to give me an estimate, they were prompt, they discussed the building of my garage with my husband, and after that, my husband called them multiple times, but they gave him excuses, and we never got the estimate from them. They could have called and given us an estimate, and if they didn't want to do the job, they should have told us that in the beginning.

It took a while to schedule the work, due to year-end conflicts and bad winter weather, but when they started, they completed each project in one day, including removal of the old structures. They were extremely professional, and went beyond expectations with little detail work. We are very pleased with Sheds and More and would recommend them for this type of work.

The job went very quickly, especially considering the very cold, windy and wet conditions. The crew was very efficient, and worked very well together. My house is on a corner lot, where the shed can be seen from the main street, and when the work was finished, it looked like it was part of the original house build.

He came out himself. He built it to match my house exactly. He built a better constructed shed for less than other bids I got. He got it done within 3 days of when I first called. Fast, courteous. He knew what he was doing. The quality was amazing. Super friendly.

I have done this company a great disservice by not responding sooner. I had back surgery and haven't been up to it. I called and made an appointment for them to come to my home and give me an estimate. They were on time,friendly and very professional. I had extra things things I wanted done and this was no problem. They gave me a very fair estimate from the start. After we agreed to have carport built they set a date for construction. Again they were on time and the crew was great. The crew came to work and did not goof off at all. They completed the job under the time quoted and did an excellent job. The crew cleaned up all left over materials. I would recommend this company for any type construction.

Shed is top notch. They matched the house paint on the exterior of the shed. Looks like they were built at the same time. I had extra done such as tear down and removal of the old shed. Site looked perfect.

Carl meet with me about two days before the construction date to perform a site survey and discuss any needed modifications to the original plan. I changed both the location within the yard and the shed style. He didn't flinch a bit at the last minute change in direction. The crew (less the foreman) showed up on time and after verifying the location and door/window setup got right to it. there was some discussion about in ground sprinklers in close approximation to the foundation but I assured them I'd either remove it later or make adjustments to the spray pattern to protect the shed. The foreman arrived shortly and I confirmed everything with him. I was impressed with their organization and pace of work. They finished on time. the only hiccup occurred when they didn't have a copy of the receipt to give me at the time of payment...seems the foreman got delayed while checking another job site and couldn't get back in time. It's no big deal, I'll just get a copy emailed later. I'm happy with the result, workmanship wass good and the materials were as agreed to previously.

Excellent experience with these guys. We were in the market for a shed and looked at most of the available options including the big box stores. Once we looked at the sample sheds at their onsite location, we knew this was what we wanted. The quality of the materials was impressive, especially the Hardie Plank siding. We called for a free estimate and Carl gave me a base price via email and then came out to do a site visit. I really like that they worked with us to customize the shed based on our space and requirements. The bonus was getting the exact paint to match the house (we painted it so we knew the color) and they purchased it for us)). The construction was done onsite in about 6 hours. They did a great job of cleaning up the worksite as well. I am very pleased with our new shed! I hope to use these guys next year when we build an outdoor patio as well.

Everything was great, quality, timely, professional, etc. These screened enclosures/patio are not cheap. I received three bids....they were all within $300 of total price. I decided on Sheds and More after visiting two of their customers.

The craftsmanship is amazing. Each of the guys on the work crew were constantly working, no one stood around at all. They accommodated some existing work site challenges and they adapted to it and built a very nice looking shed. They installed ceiling fans for the awning and they touched up paint as well. The attention to detail on both jobs was really good. The communication, follow through, and timeliness were all very good. The crew showed up when they said they would and they were very professional and pleasant to work with.

Great. We get lots of compliments from guests on the shed (THE SHED) and it is nice and airy inside. Plenty of space and looks nice with our yard and house. Its so nice that our 5 year old asked if it would be the new baby's room when we were out getting sports equipment out of it the other day. We had it built in May and over the past few months, the doors were no longer aligning, so it could not be locked. I called Carl, left 1 message, and he called back to schedule a service call with a member of his team within days. That person came out, looked at the shed and called me to diagnose the issue. A team was there the next day to fix it, with no cost and no hassle. It was a great service experience and I would recommend them to the pickiest of customers.

There was a brief supply delay for the patio cover materials which was no fault of Sheds & More, which delayed construction a few days. We were notified about the delay timely. The crew seemed to work very well with each other. They were diligent, busy, polite and, except for expected work noise, there was no crew-noise. Clean up from work and their break(s) was great. After the patio cover was installed we had a "gulley washer" of a rain. It came down in torrents and we found a couple of leaks under the cover onto the patio. We contacted Carl immediately, sent photos and within a couple of days, it was repaired. To my understanding, it had to do with the way our shingles were installed on our roof where they lined up with the patio cover. We have had at least one similarly heavy rain since the repairs and have had no leaks. Would we have preferred no leaks? Of course we would have, but we were very pleased that even though this kind of thing only rarely happens, according to Carl and William, they checked it out quickly and saw to the repair needed. It gives us additional confidence should any other events arise and need attending. Of course, we do not expect any problems to arise. I understand that during this time Sheds & More was extremely busy, which would have different results with some companies. Despite a heavy schedule and the one minor supply delay, they kept to the time frame and we are quite pleased with our patio cover and concrete slab overpour. We wish we could have gone across the back of our house with the overpour and patio cover. It is something we might be able to do one day, and will call gladly upon Carl Russo and William Valladares ( Sheds & More) again. The patio cover really cuts down on the heat, provides wonderful shading and we just love it. The Dog Dude is happy to have a patio cover as well.
